It’s because the Emperor always felt guilty and treated Wu Han softly thinking she choose him over her child. Wu Han used that coin many times to get him doing what she wanted, and when he discovered she always knew Houchi wasn’t her daughter he felt used and manipulated by her. And she again sails the pity ship saying she did it for the child when she actually always hated Houchi.

I don't know why she's still making reviews 🙄her reviews are so biased
She does it because she knows the drama is popular and she will get views, simply. What blows my mind is that people still think her reviews are logic. It’s just her personal point of view, this can’t worth as evaluation for you to watch a drama or not, but people follow her blindly.
