1. don´t remember. it´s a slow burn, check out the recaps https://www.cpophome.com/jia-ye-yang-zi-elvis-han/recap/ 2. One 3. No, not really 4. In the book Yes. In the C-drama it is unclear 5 it is true love 6 Maybe 1 or 2 tender kissing scenes.
They’d have to replace the lead actress because fan Bing Bing career is over due to scandal that she went through…
thnx for the information. If this is true, these cultural officials and authorities in general must hate her. Mayby it´s misogyny against beautiful and succesful women. Imo it´s just too much hate. Almost like a plot in a C-drama where bad luck is orchestrated by haters.
im watching it currently on kisskh...it is a safe site on Google, but they don't pay taxes, and have many adds,…
I watch C-dramas on my laptop, not on my smartphone. I never had pop-ups on kisskh using the adblocker U-block, until recently. Very annoying. After a while I discovered that I had to get the latest version of U-block, it´s called U-block Origin lite. I installed it, and it works perfect. No ads popping up anymore.
Yes! Someone else who feels that Wallace Chung's face is a bit off and his hair OMG somebody give that boy a decent…
Surely you and I are not the only ones feeling that Mr Wallace Chung´s look is a bit off some of the time, not in every scene. However, he still is a handsome man at 51 years of age.
So far, so good. I basically like ZhuZhu, Wallace Chung, Li Meng and Jing Chao as actors. I´m at episode 5 now, and I start to wonder what is going on with Wallace Chung´s face and skincolor. Is it the make-up, the hair, filters, is it him, is it the camera lens, is it the angle? I don´t mind actors getting older, and therefore looking older. Too bad ´they´ did whatever they did to his looks.
I have seen a few C-dramas with weaving as a theme one way or the other, like The Rise of Phoenxes (weaving is Ning Yi´s hobby-profession), Brocade Odyssee, Marvelous Women. Now I´m looking for a high quality 2026 short drama with wellknown actors Wang Dao Te and Jiao Jun Yan. The Chinese title supposedly is: 顾盼锦年 (Gu Pan Jin Nian), probably meaning in English Looking back at (golden years) Brocade years. ´As of April 2026, this phrase is used as the title of the short drama, about the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, specifically Song brocade weaving. The title in English could be `Brocade Years´. I could not find this high quality short drama online (yet), not with the Chinese title, not with the assumed Englsh title. Unfortunately It s not on MDL on the CV´s of actors Wang Dao Tie and Jiao Jun Yan (yet). Who knows where to look?
I saw this one 4, 5 years ago, and I enjoyed it, finished it completely. I liked the FL actress, she also seems to speak very clear. Not knowing the language, I´ve always wondered what the title means. The google and AI translations don´t match the alternative (English) title The Burning Years. Qing Qing - a blue-green color referring to youth, softly, lightly Zi Jin - your collar. According to AI it is a line from an ancient poem, expressing longing for romance. If you read my comment, and you are bi-langual/native speaker, could you help me out with understanding the title?
In case you are puzzled. This is two different short C-dramas put together, as is made clear in the summary. The cast of both dramas is put together in the cast overview, but between brackets is the dramaname belonging to the characters. You can find both shorts separated on MDL. In the blue column on the right the descriptions say `type: drama´, and ´format: drama special.´ However I don´t understand the Chinese title 金生雨你 Jin Sheng Yu Ni, Literally Gold-Born?-Rain-You.
2. One 3. No, not really 4. In the book Yes. In the C-drama it is unclear 5 it is true love 6 Maybe 1 or 2 tender kissing scenes.
