Feels like i'm the only one who wasn't moved by their so-called "love" that deserved disregarding the world. If this was a shoujo manga adaptation i would have lower standards but due to the heavy themes discussed, i felt that "burden" needed to be illustrated in a fitting manner. Making it easier for the viewer to empathize with the character's choices, forbidden passion & inner-turmoil. It could've been a sublime love story but it turned into a bland, lukewarm rom kome. Portraying the aftermath was nice but there was no proper tension and "build-up" even the character's inner workings, motivations, core values, conflicted feelings weren't explained (or even hinted at) comme il faut.. Both lead's acting (like their romance) was unconvincing (ML's acting felt whiny & amateurish tbh). Well, i imagine that they did their best to portray the characters they were given..
PROS: Leads look cute. Fluffy light-hearted short dorama. CONS: Chesmitry's kinda off+ Weak plot. Each episode had " New third-wheel tryana tear them apart". It was watchable nonetheless.
Everthing about this screams great project ♥ I can't help but wonder if there will be a slight/subtle romance? I feel like comedy would ruin this one. Hopefully it'll be just have a dark tone.
The story was kinda far-fetched like how can ppl be this clueless? But oh well, it had plenty of "doki doki" moments. Tho imo the ending was underwhelming for that much build up..
