This was a fun, action-packed ride. Great characters, strong action sequences and fight choreography, and excellent comedy. I was surprised by the slight open-ended ending for one element of the drama though. That confused me a bit, lol.
It's not going to be a popular opinion, but I hope this gets released. He's retired from acting, he already made the money he's going to make from being in this, and the rest of the cast and crew should not be punished alongside him. Some won't be able to enjoy the drama knowing about his history, and that's a choice they are allowed to make. But everyone else's hard work deserved to be seen and appreciated. His scandal shouldn't take innocent bystanders down with him.
But couldn't the writers have let Akira and Akiko finally get togetherrrrr? I mean, I kind of figured it wasn't…
After sitting with it for a while, I think we were probably never supposed to ship the two of them together, just find it a really funny subplot. But they made him such a likable character, and the two of them so fun together, that I couldn't help myself, lol.

It doesn't help that I saw spoilers for the final ep and the special that make me not want to watch them at all, because I don't like the way they apparently decided to end the story.
I've made it through ep 9, and I find myself not wanting to continue. Silly drama's that are silly because they are too over-dramatic or the situations are non-sensical or the acting is over-done can be hard for me to watch if I'm not enjoying the silly, and this drama has often felt like that kind of drama to me. I like parts and find other parts annoying. I like the leads but wish the story utilized them better. I keep feeling dissatisfied by the direction parts of the story go in. And I just wish it wasn't quite so silly.
It's been three years and I'm still waiting for the second season. After the first season ended, it was said that…
I don't think there was ever actually concrete plans for a second season. Just online rumors mixed with fan hope. If there were to be a second season, I would definitely watch it, but I think we have to accept that that is not likely to happen, especially not at this point.
No. 질투의 화신 means the jealousy incarnate. There is a little strange phenomenon on Viki we have simple…
Someone on MDL definitely changed the title, because it used to be Jealousy Incarnate on here and had been for quite some time. MDL users can submit edits/changes for the drama pages, and people will periodically change drama titles, posters, tags, etc. Apparently, someone wanted to do that with this drama. I just don't understand why, lol.
her fake character will be in her 20s, not 18, so some of you should chill out... there are people in real life…
I'm pretty sure the synopsis is using Korean age which is one to two years older than the aging system the rest of the world uses, so I believe she will actually be 18.
I don't know why it has been changed on MDL, but Don't Dare to Dream doesn't make any sense as a title for this drama. Jealousy Incarnate was imperfect, but it at least referenced an actual theme of the drama, ie. jealousy. Is Don't Dare to Dream even close to an accurate translation of the original Korean title???
This was a solid adaptation of the manga. There were some changes made to the original story, but I think most of them worked. I still found the second leads infuriating in equal measure (and the female leads father), but I enjoyed everything else. (And I accepted that the second leads and the father were the way they were for a reason.) I would definitely recommend this.
I think this one is just not for me.
