Spoiler now that I've finished the drama for anyone else watching who might have the same question: It was all in my head. There is not, in fact, any romance in this drama at all, lol.

Does anyone know where I can find raws and subs of this drama to download with the original actress? I watched part of it back in 2016 and ended up dropping because it wasn't for me. I was thinking recently about attempting a rewatch, but I have no desire to watch a drama with an actress' literal face and voice swapped out. Taking AI out of the conversation altogether, that's super creepy and weird on it's own.

(And yes, I mean videos I can download, not a streaming service. I don't trust the Chinese Communist Party, so I don't trust the original version to stay available for us foreigners either. I was there when they butchered an episode of The Legendary Queen Lau by going back and editing it after it had already aired. Us foreigners will never know what that episode was actually supposed to be like, because the CCP got their panties in a twist over costume design or whatever.)

So I'm watching and loving this so far, but I would like one particular detail spoiled for me. I feel pretty certain there isn't going to be a romance in this drama, but there are occasional moments where something seems to be going on under the surface between Handa and Hina's mom. Am I just overinterpreting those moments or is there a so slight you almost can't see it interest going on between them in the story? I mostly just want to stop making things up in my head if there's not meant to be anything going on there, lol.

This must have recently gotten an MDL page, because I check periodically to see if the drama is available to watch anywhere or if there are subs available to download, and I've never come across information about a movie. Now there's more in this story universe I wish I could track down to watch/rewatch.

I don't know why I felt the need to comment this on the internet, but here you go, lol.

It's technically 16. This drama aired during a period when Korean broadcasters were splitting up their normally 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour episodes up into two 35 to 45 minute episodes to try and skirt a new law about how many advertisements could be played within an hour air time on Korean television. Don't know if they still do that in Korea or not, but they aren't doing it outside of Korea anymore, lol.

I just finished this for the first time, and I am majorly regretting not watching it when it aired. This drama is a 10 across the board.

Him opening her door for her annoyed me too! I was like 'Girl can get her own door! Right now, YOU NEED TO GET IN THE DANG CAR!!!!!!' What a strange moment for chivalry, lol.

I was more talking about him possibly dying/being dead and how they are going to bring him back. Will his ghost walk around with her while he lies in a coma for a period of time, will he be miraculously brought back to life with seemingly no physical health affects, did grandma's prayers save his life? I just don't know which option is the most likely scenario, lol.

Protection from grandma isn't something I'd thought about, but that's totally possible.
