Probably Mu Deok has the stone and it is likely sealed in her. Before the mirror breaks and Nak Soo is freed, we can hear voices coming out of the artefacts (the lights coming out of the pots). These voices sound like the distorted voices of Jang Uk and Nak Soo identifying a blind girl and the stone. To me it is an echo of the future and it tells what will happen. Jang Uk and Nak Soo will identify Mu Deok as the stone bearer.
