So far Nak Soo in Mu Deok is the FL. It is possible she will do soul shifting again or she will be ejected from the body but Jang Uk, Yul and CP will need to adapt to the new situation as the soul they are chasing after is Nak Soo.

The gap of enery only happens when there is soul shifting. The real Mu Deok should not have a gap creating leakage of energy since it is her own body.

For me, nothing says that she has a stream of energy or potential energy. It is still speculation based on the fact that she could be Jin family. If the theory is true, then yes Mu Deok could have a great potential of energy but I don't think she has powers now. Maybe later when it is liberated by Jang Uk for example?...

The theory that they can bond or merge souls to create a new soul having a compilation of both personalities is very complex. Because that new soul would still have the memories of both past souls. So to the question "What did you do on your 10th birthday", she would have two answers... And of course the new soul would not be the one Uk is falling for now.
For Nak Soo to stay in Mu Deok's body she must have no leakage of energy being in a body which is not hers. Plus, it is an usurpation of identity if she calls herself the Daughter of Jin family and lives as such. I am not sure Nak Soo would accept that and if she does, the Mages would still chase after her.
One body is born with one soul. If there is soul shifting and the soul inside or souls inside do not originally belong to the body, it creates a gap of energy that can be fatal for the souls and for the body.
So the big question is who is the real soul of Mu Deok's (the body)? One should stay. The other should leave.
