As for Bai Lu, I tink she is great in both drama. She made her nice, gentle, dutiful, a little immature bookworm in love with her master very credible and endearing. In FaE, I like her character even more. I liked that she is the one who ran after him and asked for his phone number. I like that she took the initiative in the car. She is taking risks when he looks so not assured.
Though bailu is my favourite and i am loving the chenshi cp in one and only so i had huge expectation to see them…

For me it is what it makes it a good and beautiful drama. So I also like One and Only more.
Forever and ever looks the usual modern romance drama with very cute leads in very cute situation and some schemes to spice up the plotline. It is ok so far but nothing really special. But it is episode 10 only. 20 more to go. Maybe it will take surprising turns?

I was at a chinese marriage once near Chengdu, China. They had around 30 tables (for what I saw). But each table was large and packed with many dishes of every genre. Something I have never seen before. And they served the hot dishes for hours. People came and people left and they were still serving food.
It was a bizarre but a very enjoyable moment for me: the food was excellent!

It is ok if the main cast is here. I doubt Xiao Zhan will accept to be a second role in a drama not centered around his character. I don't mind changing supporting actors as long as the story is good and they do the job. Finger crossed it will be done for 2022.

After 6 eps, the drama is cute and has fun situations. I guess it will be more intense in the forthcoming eps. I was curious to see how they will tackle the reincarnation issue. So they just changed the past life into a movie Shi Yi is working on (compared to the book) ? I am fine with it as it is well done. It gives a different dimension to this couple compared to the previous one.
