They met through a one night stand 5yrs ago and the guy has been single for 2yrs... Did they continue their one…
He was way ahead of her. I believe he made an appointement with her in the form of an ultimatum on a misunderstanding and she had a change of plan 40 minutes after the deadline. That luckily brought them together again but at the end of ep3, they still don't seem on the same page. Let's see ep4...

She might have had a liking for him after he made a shade with his cap for her but she was not in a moment of her life where she was honest and ready for a true relationship.

I think Jae Won heard from Gyeong-Gu what he wanted to hear. I expected him to understand that she wanted him to believe she went to the movie with another guy. That was her real intention. She really wanted to dump him after their night together and she did not expect Gyeong-Gu would sell her and her scheme.

For me i didn't want hjp and dalmi to endup together.. it's just the way the makers dragged the love triangle…
We should put ourselves in the shoes of the protagonists in order to understand the love triangle. Not look at it from our perspective and say that Dal Mi should have done this or that or chosen this guy and not that guy because of what we know that the characters do not know.

Ji Pyeong always knew and said he was not Do San from the Letters. After Do San from SST showed up and started to date Dal Mi, he fell in Love with her and his tune changed. He tried unsuccessfully to leverage on the letters. The love triangle was between him, Dal Mi and Do San that he kept taunting until he had to admit they still love each other and he had to put an end to the misunderstandings.

Do San thought the Letters were Dal Mi's and Ji Pyeong's souvenirs and their bond. He always wanted to be seen and loved by her for who he really is. When she broke up with him she made him believe it is because he is not Do San from the Letters. This is why three years later he believed she had a change of heart and found her Do San of the Letters aka Ji Pyeong until Ji Pyeong asks him to look at the truth.

Dal Mi did not care to know about who wrote the letters and never looked for him. She had decided to keep Do San from the Letters a souvenir and a fantasized ideal first love to assess her dates and find a real love. For her, the love triangle was between her and Do San from the Letters and real Do San. Ji Pyeong was never in the game. For Dal Mi the love triangle was over when she fell in Love with real Do San and admitted it.

Of course, she could have told Ji Pyeong that he should move on because she doesn't reciprocate his feelings but for me after he confessed and put her in difficult situation, her attitude was enough for him to know that he should give up. It is him who kept making her uncomfortable and tried to woo her in a clumsy way asking her to be the one she thinks about first. I don't believe she kept him as a plan B because she never had any interest for him. For me she let the situation as it was because he became close to her family and to tell him to go away from her was equal to tell him to go away from her family when he obviously had none. I assume she learnt that he is an orphan during the time jump.

I found the love triangle interesting and complex involving 4 characters with a variation depending on which character we see it from. I agree the situation should have been resolved before the time jump. Ji Pyeong would have had a better development and we would have had Dal Mi and Do San finding each other again in a more sparkling way.

They met through a one night stand 5yrs ago and the guy has been single for 2yrs... Did they continue their one…
Sun Ah was determined to keep him a one night stand. This is why she was so cold to him. But because of his kind gesture she jokingly asked for a second round.

When Gyeong Gu told Jae Won she said she would not go see the movie with him as she wanted to see it with Jae Won, he should have understood. She never asked him to go see the movie with her so it was just a manipulation from her to use Gyeong Gu to get rid of him Jae Won.

Instead, he saw it as a possibility and gave her an ultimatum. And he was wrong because now he will dig the hole he is in even deeper...

One night stand for 3 years like the first night and morning they had... Must have been fun. lol. Yes, let's watch...

Jae Won and Sun Ah, it was probably a good match but at the wrong time. He knew she was avoiding him and ignoring him and she used the other guy to make him believe she did not care and she was almost mocking him. He gave her an ultimatum. Surely not the smartest thing to do in a couple relationship... He is lucky she changed her mind but almost one hour later? Dunno what's gonna happen to them but it failed because it was doomed to fail...

Ep 3 was fun. I totally missed that Gun and Sun Young are "exes" technically. That was fun to watch. Sorry for Jae Won but he was taking this summer love way too seriously saying he loves her twice when at this stage she did not want it to be serious.

Now the interviewer is someone we never see but he must be one character of the drama too. I hope so or this will turn into a weird settling of scores via cameras.

KSH was a stage actor before 2017. And a stage actor is not a TV or Movie actor. One example is that a stage actor plays live and the performance is exagerated in his voice and body gesture as the public is far. A TV or movie actor must be very precise because every little expression will make a difference.

But ok, you can google it to educate yourself. I will just remind you that all actors don't have the same amount of talent or experience and that they always need to work hard. KSH is quite behind compared to the actors mentionned above. It tells that he still has to prove himself. That's the truth and he himself knows it because he is a great professional.

And you should stop your toxic comments on other characters or their fans because your favorite doesn't have the praise you want for him. We are talking about KSH. What to you have to involve the fans of another character?

Good list. I would add:

Lee Byung-hun
Cho Seung Woo
Joo Jin-mo
Ji Sung
Choi Jin Hyuk
Jang Hyuk
Rain
SSH
Go Soo
D.O.
and NJH :D

KSH arrived late on small screen. He will gain experience and improve. His next projects show that is on an upper level now.

I really like the FL so far, I especially liked how she led the intimate scene. It's very different from most…
Same here. Looking forward to know why she did what she did...

I don't get it why people like KSH. I watched him in 3 dramas he's acting and looks same in all 3 drama. I like…
HJP was the perfect role for KSH. He was born to play that character. He is very two dimensional but the gap between his cold, playing smart side and his emotionally vulnerable states make him an endearing character. He is not a good person though because he does many wrong things. KSH gained a lot of fans and fame with this drama. Hopefully it helps his career to reach higher levels but it is just the beginning of the race for him.

First time seeing NJH in a lead role. Strangely I found him less handsome than the SML but more complex. He was very credible and convinced me with his large range of emotions from being angry, in cold rage, happy, friendly, funny, sad or a jerk like when they go eat cakes and he slaps Chul San's hand. His acting skills and versatility were good. Looking forward to watching his next drama.

Destiny used Grandma and Ji Pyeong to decide that Dal Mi and Do San would be a couple. But Destiny will also play a bad joke on Ji Pyeong by making him fall in love with Dal Mi.

Title Mr. Queen
It seem many people fall for the second male lead (the queen's cousin) and shipping him with the queen but I'm…
The cousin of the Queen seems acting out of a delusion that he is needed by the her so he is over protective of her. He doesn't smile that much and doesn't look very likeable.

I like the concubine. She is acting out of filial duty. She is devoted to the King. She cares about her maid and she tries to win against the Queen but little does she know that Mr Queen has a liking for her. lol.

He is using the Andong Kim's power this is why he is domineering and disrespectful but the King is smart and the guy is an adopted son so this detail might change things at some point...

Am I the only one who absolutely ADORED the male lead and female lead? I just swoon every time they're on screen…
He is nice and caring and a coding genius but he is lacking assertiveness. She is persevering, optimistic and a fighter but a little bit reckless at times. Two imperfect persons who made a perfect couple. This must be Love. I loved their story and how they found each other despite the lies, the schemes, their own flaws. Perfect wedding pictures in the end.

Sorry I misunderstood your comment. For me the cousin of the Queen is already a villain. His intentions are honorable but his methods and doings are the ones from a villainous guy. And soon he will probably do worse.

To me he does not look very ambitious and I have the feeling he became minister of Justice just to be close to the Queen and satisfy his own desire to "protect" her. Maybe his frustrating situation and his rivalry with the King will make him become a better villain soon.

Title Mr. Queen Spoiler
I can't believe we're still somewhere on ep 6 or 7, and the spirit goes back (and forth) to the modern body and…
There is a plot behind what happened to chef Jang Bong Hwan and the incident in the hospital (next ep) probably won't be an accident. I don't know. I have not seen a lot of body swap stories but for the ones I have seen almost all the time, the situation returned to normal. So it is possible the Chef will be back in his body even just temporarily.

The big question so far is Why is he in Joseon in the body of the Queen. There must be a reason which might not be the one we believe it is. The show is very fun but the story is also compelling.

Strange the way he talked to the King and asked him to promise to behead the Queen if she turns out to be a villain. It is not his place to ask this. He looks infatuated to the concubine Hwa Jin so if things turn bad for her because of the King, he will likely act against him.
