This makes sense as well. The releasing everything all at once has been a great strategy for platforms like Netflix, Amazon, etc. so why not implement it. I just wished they at least put it on international iqiyi & tencent.

From what I have read - because they had such difficulties passing censorship (the reason it took so long for it to even air) they decided to release all the episodes. So, even if something happens like the show is pulled - people will have all the episodes & they can still watch it.

And they released all 49 episodes - youtube only has 2. This is getting so unfair.

Yea, a lot of people are saying he appears around episode 10. We waited this long for the show. we can wait a few more days for his part to get aired. And plus the story sounds really interesting.

Yea I heard it would be a while - but I don't mind. I can just enjoy the plot until he comes. The story itself sounds quite interesting. I personally like the dark element of it. And once Xiao Zhan appears - it will just get better for me lol.

Actually watching it on the youtube channel :/. It doesn't seem to appear on the tencent or iqiyi app. I am hoping maybe by 8 they will have it - since that's like the default time everything get's aired.

I guess this really proves that Chinese Drama's just drop out of the blue lol. No rumored date, no nothing. They just walked out & was like "oh btw here is The Wolf, enjoy" and just leave. And now we all are just like huh? what just happened? Lol, well I am not complaining - time to watch :D. Happy Watching Everyone!

Yea. Sadly, I also think the chopping is the reason why it's taking forever to release. They went from 58 episodes - 51 - now 49. That truly require a lot of editing & trying to ensure that the story makes sense. I guess the production company really wants it to be televised - even if it takes an eternity :/.

No clue lol. I just started it yesterday and read like a chapter lol. If you want to just skim it and see for yourself - I will place the link below. However, if the Hobbit has taught me anything is that you can always stretch a story out lol. That book was short and they some how made 3 long movies on it lol. There were a lot of differences - I am guessing they might do the same with Oath of Love. Keep the foundation of the novel but add extra material to make it longer. But we shall see lol.

I think December 31 is the default place holder date lol. But, if there is a supposed rumor flying around they will then use that date. However, take it with a grain of salt because you tend to get disappointed when the date passes by & you get nothing (yes, I am speaking from experience lol).

Lol, the more people tell me about the novel - the more I want the actual drama lol. *inner cry* It's okay - the book will be a good start lol.

Lol, I feel like we are on the same boat. Watching the trailer just made me want to watch it even more. The dilemma! We want them to take their time to give us a great drama but the patience is killing us lol.

November 15 is a sort of place holder for MDL. There is no actual confirmation date sadly :(. Most people are divided in believing that it will release in 2020 or 2021. I personally think 2021, because Oath of Love was shown at a conference for 2021 dramas. But 2020 is possible - to be honest any date is possible when it comes to chinese entertainment dramas XD lol. The air dates literally drop out of the blue lol.

They ended on July 03, 2019. According to the recent Tencent conference - they stated that the post production of the drama is still being taken place. The CGI is probably going to take more time since they probably want to make it perfect :).
