@livingtribunal obviously it's not real so to frame it properly it was a really shitty story line to write the son in love for 8 years and then have his dad appear from future and write the FL as stringing along both guys then reject the son after 8 yrs to choose the dad and the dad accepts it knowing its breaking his sons heart. Horrible story not nice enjoyable or anyway satisfying. Right but 10s mean perfect so its misleading and doesnt mstch the review. The whole point btw is the wifes effect on both men fuels the whole package of events more or less. The love she feels for Gi cheul motivates him to change and the sorrow the ML feels in being betrayed hardens him to his task of bringing him down and completing the operation at whatever cost (not justice) to get something for himself. He did it to appease his wife family and get ahead. And then she comes and cheats on him emotionalky and physicalky right in front of him. The necklace meant so much. The fact she kept it at all. The fact she left it at the end with flowers. The fact he was wearing it in the last scene where when did they meet to exchange it. the fact she was wearing it when she made a half hearted attempt to persuade him to stop. She is shocked to see him covered in blood after fighting to save her and what that changes her feelings but she (a detective) is willing to break the law break her principles as a cop ignore all the stuff her ex did and pour her heart into saving him but can barely talk to her husband by the end. LOL it was such a mess and you are write the female characters were terrible but lets faceit the whole premise was completely stupid.
