Comments talking about how the drama has so many plotholes because the police didn't show up even after all the mess the monsters have created remind me on how people comment for Tokyo Revengers when they are wondering where the hell the parents went when so many kids act like big gangsters lmao XD.
It was like that in the webtoon too, then the army showed up at the end lol.

The storyline is absurd, it's just to watch a story about superpowered people fighting. It's not a show for brains at all.

I just watch it to relax myself, couldn't help laughing with all the comic situations and the porcupine and vegetables demons. The FL is so memeable btw.

I want to watch this for the action and the cast, but exorcism is not my cup of tea. Are there many horror scenes?…
Seriously the horror is toned down thanks to comic situations. It's more like seeing a bunch of superpowered characters fighting monsters.

Would you guys say small kids could watch this? My daughter 3 years old is a fan of Kim Nam Gil but worried it…
She's gonna have nightmares by watching this.

Why do the three main characters remind me of a family lol?

Lee Da Hee and Cha Eun Woo have siblings energy older sister/younger brother, while Kim Nam Gil is the brother-in-law that doesn't get along with the younger brother because the younger brother doesn't want him near his sister lol.
That's literally what that reminded me of, besides the fact that LDH and CEW look like they could be siblings lmao.

I have only watched Episode 1 and the FL is a straight up moron. First she is warned by her Aunt, that she is…
I still enjoyed reading the webtoon, but the plot suddenly turned into something else, besides that things turned unbelievable and a bit absurd. Some new characters were a real caricature.

I honestly thought the plot was a mess at the end, but still read it to the end. Well I didn't check if the author published new chapters, since the time I finished it. But about horror webtoon, I rather prefer Sweet Home. It's definitely better.

There are definitely great action set pieces in these first two episodes but the set-up feels clunky. Not sure…
The chaebol thing is just to justify how the FL has so much money. In the webtoon, it was the same, she had to pay Van a huge amount of money to be a bodyguard.

She's an ATM all the time. From what I remember, since I read the webtoon nearly 2 years ago, she's only useful at the end when she managed to find the identity of the culprit that caused so many demons to appear.
Otherwise nope, it's just her getting rescued and being an ATM to others, and Van with Giovanni fighting against demons. That's all, I expected something better from the webtoon, the beginning was original, having a supernatural psychopath serial killer as a bodyguard to fight monsters was a good idea. But the plot turned into something else. Something about WW2, with the conflict Korean/Japanese.

Honestly when I read the comments of some people who were disappointed because the drama didn't meet their expectations, I was surprised as to why I wasn't disappointed at all.
I think it's because I already read the webtoon a few years ago. The story of the webtoon is good but the plot at the end was a mess imo. It went from horror/comedy with monsters to fight to some conflict resolving that started from WW2. Lots of absurdity too in the webtoon.

Moreover, there's the fact that the drama took lots of time to be released, with less and less episodes being planned. Which would likely mean, there has been a problem with the production.
Hence why I just watch this drama with no expectations at all, just curious on how things will unfold, if they will follow the webtoon's plot in the end or not

So far I just watch it for pure entertainment purpose. When you feel bored and feel like watching some fights, some monsters and don't want to think too much, then this drama is made for you. Otherwise, I don't think you will be able to enjoy it.
What I love the most anyway are the landscapes scenery, Jeju island is very pretty <3.

The webtoon also focused on the FL. But Van was supposed to be a psychopath who threatened to kill her, but after she promised him to pay him a huge amount of money, he started to work for her. In the drama, he's not a psychopath.
There are less monsters than in the webtoon.

And Giovanni (CEW's character) in the webtoon developped a crush for a Japanese transgender boy (a biological girl who considers herself /himself (don't know which one to use) a boy).
I think that will be different in the drama, no crush at all, or maybe on the school girl that was shown with the granny and Van. But I think she's the one who's gonna be possessed by some demons in the later episode.

The only thing I'm waiting for is Giovanni's tsunami attack, they better not botch it up.
I don't think they will follow the plot of the webtoon. If some skulls appear, then maybe, they will. Can't spoil it more.

I find it funny how she screams around actually lol. She also managed to kick demons in the face before running.

For the car accident, what could she have done exactly? If she filmed it the accident then it would have been the better solution. She just wanted to protect her secretary and didn't think that much. Those guys were threatening her secretary. Instead of playing the hero, she should have played the victim. But not everyone has that mindset.

True the fact she decided to leave the car to walk back home was pretty stupid.
In the webtoon, she was supposed to hire Van after their meeting in the forest, Van was supposed to be a psychopath as well. They changed many things from the webtoon.
Anyway, she's supposed to become more strategic after a few bad things happening to her.

I'm here for the fights anyway. I can't wait to see if Cha EunWoo's gonna have his tsunami attacks lol.

This drama's first episodes were

-15% Jeju island tourism landscapes
-25% porcupine slug hybrid demons made of lava
-30% FL screaming, running and judo flipping
-20% Van being a half demon bodyguard
-5% Giovanni being a kpop/priest detective
-And 5% Call the child services on those monks.

So far so good. I expected Van's character to be like the webtoon, but actually it's different. Lee Da Hee's haircut is actually so beautiful. And I got impressed by Eun Woo's Italian, he's pretty good.

I don't know why but this drama makes me want to visit Jeju island, the landscapes are wonderful.

Title Sweet Home
I read the webtoon a few years ago before deciding to watch it. I got surprised by how it was different. But I'm not disappointed, even though there were lots of characters that were unlikeable.
The ballet girl, besides insulting everyone and screaming all the time, she's completely useless. At least her feelings for the MC gives her some utility when he needs help.

What disappointed me the most is that I expected more fighting spirit from the MC with more fighting scenes.
The gangster and the firefighter were the badass characters. The music girl was ok. The nurse one too. The samurai was ok too.
But the best characters were obviously harabeoji and the wheelchair man.
Then there were the group of cowards that I couldn't stand at all with the rich lady who gave away rotten fishes with flies to the guardian. I couldn't stand her at all. The lean tall guy comes second at being the worst character.
The lady with her dog is the comic one. I found her dog too cute even though her character wasn't that much likeable at all.
Glasses boy was also clearly the only one with a brain with his strategic mind.

The storytelling on itself was pretty great. The CGI was ok, I've seen worse. It's obviously a drama that needs CGI for the monsters. I feel like some people complain just for the sake of complaining. How many times people complained for a movie because it had "CGI" lol? I can't even count it all.

Overall it was worth to binge watch it. I won't say it's the best drama I've ever watched. But if you get bored and have enough time, and feel like watching a drama with blood, action, some monsters and fighting scenes, then this drama is for you. Don't expect it to follow the webtoon main storyline, it got some elements from it, but not that much. Season 2 will probably explore it more.

I don't understand, how does he look less Korean? Unless you're mentioning Vincenzo Casanova as an example lol.…
Ah ok, it's the reason why. In my opinion that would make him a traveler who knows a lot about other countries lol. But to each one their own opinion ^^.

Title Reborn Rich Spoiler
I watched this drama because of the synopsis and Lee Sung Min, not because of Sonh Joong Ki or whatever.
I wanted a drama that focused on finance and changed from the Kdrama clichés of rich vs poor. I got fed up with the same clichés found in the other dramas. I thought it was now a fight rich vs rich.
But nope
The guy is poor, has a poor mom or dad who died because of poverty, blah blah, and then has to fight against stupid rich villains who are a real parody of a villain.
I thought the drama a breath of fresh air from all of this, and would essentially focus on finances, but nope, they decided to go back to the old clichés found everywhere and destroyed the original story with everything they added.

Until the end of episode 15, everything was flowing well, even though things starting to go down hill ever since the grandpa died.
Now I realise that everything that didn't follow the original story made the drama worse.

First the melodrama with the poor mom that wasn't in the original story. How come Do Jun never found a way to give them money. The guy can create a company under the nose of his grandpa and uncles/aunt, but he can't even give some money to his family? It's not as if he needed to give them a big amount, just enough for them to live comfortably. He's a billionaire, just a few thousands would have been enough. He could always pretend he's an eccentric rich guy who loves their food. Eccentric rich folks are quite well known.

Then the romance like why did the writer of this drama made Min Young a freaking tsundere? Stop turning FL into tsundere who wants to be right all the time and fakes to dislike the hero in order to hide her crush. Since the drama wasn't focused that much on romance, they should have made romance flow better by not making the FL dislike the MC at first and creating conflicts between them. It looked like they were enemies rather than lovers.

Then there is that phone recording . Since when phones in 2004 could have a recording device? Even if a phone had one, it would be so expensive that HW who is poor couldn't have afford it. The cheap phones at that time didn't have recording device, and I don't think the expensive ones either.

Then HW managed to survive a shot in the head and a fall from a cliff into cold water thanks to magical service intelligence who appeared out of nowhere when it was shown how the area in which he was shot was deserted. Why didn't the service intelligence save him before he got shot? Were they too late? Are they that incompetent?

Everything he lived was a dream lmao. So why when he became Do Jun, didn't he remember that Miracle Investment existed already during the time he was HW? As Do Jun, he could make big investments by remembering all the historical events that happened and the names of the big companies but he can't even remember Miracle investment or that it was founded by Do Jun?

And when he suddenly remembered that Do Jun existed in his HW's life, he can't even make the link between Miracle investment and Do Jun?

Then during his Do Jun's life, he decided to give the 700 millions from Micro to society, the newspaper all talked about it, but suddenly, when he got back to HW, the 700 millions are still in a slush fund. Since he's supposed to be someone who plans evertyhing ahead of time before announcing it. He should have had already transfered the money to society or have talked to lawyers in order to do so. But nope, it seems he became OOC ever since episode 15 and didn't plan anything.

Then there's the car accident with the second truck of doom. You know, when you have already suffered from an accident, you can suffer from trauma and actually have some kind of paranoia. The guy already saw how his family are a bunch psychos. Since he became chairman he should have been more suspicious, and not stayed behind HW's truck. Besides, who the fuck stays behind a truck when they have to go somewhere? Just drive pass through it. Anyone would have done it.

Another thing, he's a billionnaire, now a chairman of a global company but he doesn't even have security and a bunch of bodyguards to protect him? Is he an idiot or what?

I posted a few weeks ago that I feared that ever since the death of grandpa, the drama was straying away from the original story and that it would turn into some mumbo jumbo. I guess I am a better fortune teller than Dong Ki's subordinate or Do Jun, lol.

Ah yes, everything was because he felt guilty of Do Jun's death. Something that got added from the drama writer. Well I would have prefered that they did not add this kind of b**lsh** story, thank you very much. He should have also been prosecuted for being an accomplice of the murder.

I wanted a drama that focused on finance, investments, entrepreneurship, instead they got back to the original KDRAMA's clichés, poor guy vs rich psychos villains. And the villain actually won. I mean by that Young Ki, who actually remained chairman until his death. Poor Do Jun struggled for nothing against his uncle.
Bravissimo. I rated it 8.5 now instead of 10 because of all the bu*****.
From episode 2 to 15 (minus the ending of episode 15), everything is good, could have been better, but still good. Episode 1 and 16 my rating is 1/10.
One good thing about this drama: Lee Sung Min. Thank you very much, he carried it all by himself. When his character died, the drama died with him too. And his death was not impactful at all, no crying, nothing. I nearly thought it was a fake death with how it was done. What a shame.
