Well I think in Korean they have a tendency to call old people grandpa or grandma, it's just a way to address them, but it doesn't mean it's their real grandparents. Even in my own language when I see an old woman I'll call her a granny, not in front of her, but it's a nice way to address old people.

That flower thing is to trick us to make us think like that. In the next episode preview, we don't see her in jail, but I may be mistaken. It translates to great aunt for me when I watch the episode. I think it depends on the translation then.
I wanted to watch it but the episodes length is 10 minutes, I prefer when an episode lasts at least 40/30 minutes, otherwise the plot tends to be too rushed. What a shame.
The first time I watched this drama, I found it nice but a bit boring in the middle episodes. I shipped the grim reaper with the sister, that was my OTP in this drama. Which led me to watch another drama where they were also a couple. As for Goblin and the FL, well it was nice but not that much entertaining. At least it was a better love story than Twilight.
I was pretty sure I've seen this actor somewhere, then I read his name Lee Sang Yeob, well quite obvious. I've seen him playing a villain or a SML in some dramas. I wonder if I'll watch this one. But Idk the actress, she gives naive vibes for a character, I wonder if her character will be like that or the total opposite. Quite interesting.

The secretary of the great aunt seems suspect. I bet it was him who offed her. A classic in most dramas or detective stories. Make everyone suspect the girl covered in blood or the spy guy while it's the quiet dude aka the secretary that did everything lmao.
It doesn't seem really good. A professional prosecutor with bad manners and delinquant attitude. I'm pretty sure they are going to show a scene where he fights against a bunch of gangsters wearing black with some hype music. And the prosecutor's sidekicks will watch him in awe while he kicks the ass of the mob antagonists with his taijutsu magic.
In Hye is becoming my favorite sister. She's so ressourcefull, great thinking, ambitious and protective towards Hyorin. I ship them together, they look so cute. It's nice she decided to distance herself from her sisters. I bet that the fact they each wear a pink and a blue pyjamas has been done on purpose. Those colors show that they complete each other.
The drama use lots of symbolism and colors that have lots of meaning in art history. This drama is a tragedy, in which the main protagonists are shown as stupid and the villain as more ressourceful. Why? Because it's a tragedy obviously. So the end will be tragic.
In Joo is as gullible as ever, but managed to build herself a harem with spy dude Choi Do Il and the crazy rich lady. Who's gonna win her? I guess her naive attitude tends to attract snakey Slytherin people lol.
And In Kyung got humiliated once again, it was so funny lmao. Rip MVP great-auntie, I liked you. You were my favorite character
I hope Park Jae Sang's gonna win the election, it won't be funny otherwise when In Kyung will face him again. She's so obsessed with him that I think they should put her with him in a boxing ring. That would be hilarious. She doesn't even notice the behavior of PJS's wife lol. Maybe for her investigation, she should also do a more thorough background check on the people surrounding dear PJS.
That drama reminds me of a novel I read about a girl who made money by growing orchids and filming their growth, rich people were the one to give her lots of money. Orchids have always been a symbol of wealth but also decadence, and the rarer the orchid is, the most desired it is. And just like in the myths, when you desire something that you cannot get, you die. Icarus, Narcissus, and many others.
As for the red high heels, during King Louis XIV's reign in France, it was a way for royalty and the nobles surrounding the royalty to show everyone how much wealthier and more powerful they were than anybody else. The red color meant that nothing could taint them, and that they would be able to crush their enemies. Red is the color of blood and war.
PSJ's wife quite embodies that spirit of wanting to crush the hope of poor people who wants to get rich. So interesting as a character.
At least it was a better love story than Twilight.
