As I see the ending: In ancient times, FL is rescued by ML after drinking the poison. We see him holding her after she collapses in the first episode. The last episode shows us FL waking up after 7 days (after being poisoned). Since ML doesn’t know what she is talking about (him being hurt in modern times, his grandmother etc.), she either transmigrated alone or not at all. The last text tells us that the Emperor died 5 years later, so in terms of timeline, we must be after the poisoning, and the Emperor must be the 5th Prince - whom she helped gain the throne. So, the most likely explanation is that it’s a dream. Perhaps her subconsciousness tells her she should have chosen ML and not the 5th Prince, so after waking up, she does just that.
Well, it’s just my guess after seeing dozens of stories where FL/ML falls into a book, enters a game or transmigrates back in time, only to wake up in a hospital bed or at their desk after achieving the required goal (finding true love, completing a mission, changing a fixed storyline etc.).

I'm not sure what I just watched. There seem to be some rebirth/transmigration (twice) and the usual love story, but I didn't get it. Perhaps there are vital parts missing in the version on YouTube.
FL prevents the Second Prince from becoming Crown Prince/Emperor and saves the current Crown Prince by hinting at the fact that he is being poisoned (by the Second Prince). After recovering, he resumes his duties and probably later ascends the throne. She marries the man she loves (the Emperor’s Nephew) even if we don’t get a wedding.
After acquiring the 100 points of the “Time Travel Reborn System” (by getting two women to marry him), the system pulls him out of that world and gives him the choice of returning to his own world or going back to his two brides. We don’t get to see what he choses so the ending is open for interpretation or a second season.
The ending is sad since FL sacrifices herself in order to cure the last of two strong poisons in MLs body. The first was given by the evil Empress and the second (to keep the first one subdued) by his father, the Emperor. Once the first poison was gone, the second was activated and the only cure was the heart-blood of FL. I interpret the last scene as ML dying of old age at the yearly offering of food (on her death day). I think we see that the tree starts to blossom again, which means that the two of them meet each other again.
