For the leads definitely own original voices - Wang Kai has a really distinctive deep voice (Remember him as Jing Wang in Nirvana in Fire? 😍) and Tan Songyan's voice is her own - again, very distinctive to her!

I agree that he is an ass and lol at your balls comment🤣. Jiang is morally awful. But the drama kinda provides grey area cos he is also a skilled pilot - I thought they would have the simulation show that there would have been a crash if CX had braked as ordered, but the drama didn't take the straightforward path here.

Of course, our GNT also would have done what CX did, which validates her choice from a safety POV.

Just finished ep 16. Totally agree with you! In the circumstances, she's lucky they didn't just fire her as it is basic task to check cabin empty. I think XZ's character is there to provide a contrast with CX - one is immature / unwilling to shoulder responsibility v one who will make decisions, and if wrong, accept the punishment. The contrast! Eg) the way CX and GNT discussed post model simulation was really mature - she has grown so much as a pilot. Confidence in her own skill (validated by GNT) but also accepting constructive criticism where it is merited,

What gets me is YH - surely by now she has heard all that fuss from the movie star. So she ought to fess up to not enforcing seatbelt safety too (after all she said XZ should),
