Given all the GNT /CX angst, it was kind of light relief in my defence

Maybe they want to whitewash her character? To make up for some of those other morally dodgy previous moves (eg that weichat photos crap). Because in these last episodes, she has done two good things in my view - telling SS that she is not interested clearly but kindly, and alerting GNT to CX's possible danger.
