I have just noticed the rating changed from 9 to 8.9 😓

There is a break up in the center episodes even though the main leads still love each other.
There is a character who is in love with the FL, but they don't share almost any scene. It's platonic and then he moves on.
The drama is mainly a romance and the chemistry is very good.

I'm watching it, and it's so so. The first two episodes were quite bad, but I think it's getting better. I liked Wedding Impossible more, and the ML is also Moon Sang Min.

If you loved the first 10, I'm sure you'll love the rest. Imo the drama keeps getting better until the end.

The FL in A Journey to love is more cold and has less charisma than the FL in Are you the one, in my opinion, but the drama is very good and epic. The romance is not the best part in A Journey to love (lacked of chemistry, maybe), but it shines showing friendships.

It is. The second half is really hooking.

I think the rating in Douban is well deserved. Not all great stories are complicated. Think of this show like another take on Pride and Prejudice (some episodes really reminded me of that story and characters).

It was very good. One of my favorite c-dramas so far. 9/10. I need to find more gems like this one.

I have not found a slice of life set in ancient times yet. New Life Begins would be something like that, but there are Princes, not only common people.
And The story of Minglan is about people of upper middle class (wonderful show, btw. I'm currently watching it).

New Life Begins and Are you the one? have some palace politics but they are not a big part of the plot. I highly recommend them.

I guess the epilogue was a compilation of cut scenes (and they were left out for a good reason). I can't even consider it as another episode.

I understand you are thinking of going to live in Asia. I love my country but there are too many things going wrong here in the last ten years... Sometimes I wish I could leave it all behind, but I can't.

Epilogue scenes are quite interesting to understand ML's feelings.

Japanese Wakako Zake. It's mainly about food. Very slice-of-life.
