At least there are no major plot holes. I was quite satisfied with Yao Niang arc because when I looked back, it made sense why GBZ escaped death so many times.

Our main characters are interesting, I want to know more about Master Chu, Wu Youjie, what's the deal with Lady Yang Huan and King Jin. Also, Lord Autumn is quite disappointing. She comes across like some petty aunty. Anyway, more of Divine organization and why the cult is so powerful

We just know that it's linked to a possible coup, a sinister plan to wreck havoc in Shendu/Luoyang. 2) In present arc, we have the exhilir. When I first heard that, I thought Empress would surely want that. Actually, all rulers want to live and rule forever so she wouldn't be the only one. So what does Divine want the exhilir for? Same purpose I guess.
1) Lord/Master Chu seems more and more like a good guy. 2) Lord Wu is still dubious, getting shadier. 3) Finally, we know what's the deal with the mole. 4) GBZ and WSY - they are much better together when one or both are not crying. 5) GBZ, WSY and Erlang working together - YASSS! More please. This trio can be fun and humorous. 6) Erlang is so funny. Really got to applaud WYB for his portrayal. I see Baili growing, developing and changing ever so subtly. It doesn't come naturally to him, he is still very honest(couldn't even lie to his father in law when questioned about Liu Feng), task and not people oriented but he takes special care to be more mindful of Qiniang's feelings. 7) Qiniang is also learning and accommodating to Erlang.

I am. I thought she stood out like a sore thumb in the crowd. There's a reason why killers dress in black or at least something nondescript. The actress doesn't have depth so it adds to the problem. In real life, it would have been impossible for Erlang to avoid marriage. As you pointed out, it wasn't a choice for an eligible young man or woman of their social standing. They are both spoilt and used to having things done their own way. It will be a steep learning curve for both as their pillars of support are gone. Erlang is learning fast but I guess knowing how to communicate and deal with the opposite sex will be one of his last hurdles.
