Jeaniessi, in your collage of Shameful Parents the lady in the top four pictures (she's next to the guy who I recognize from Padam Padam) ... what drama is that picture from? I'm not surprised that this woman has the crazy parent down to an art. She was absolutely bonkers in Ojakgyo Brothers, even if she was a bit funny at the same time! haha

Your list also reminds me about the jealous ex/boyfriends. You know, the ones who have no interest in heroine until another man starts showing interest in her. Crazy bastards. Guys like these drive me nuts! lol

Ok just checked your list and I noticed you have 3-iron as plan to watch. Watch it immediately! I don't know what's your tastes in movies, but this is by far one of the best South Korean movies I've ever seen. It's a very artsy type of film, but with a very touching, heartwarming story and the music is A-mazing! Also check Addicted starring my Asian dream man, Lee Byung-Hun. I loved this movie mainly because of LBH, but it also has a good interesting story.
There are many others I could recommend but let's leave it at that for now. These are two different types of movies even though they're both romantic dramas. One's very artsy and will appeal to film buffs whilst the other is more commercial. Be sure to let me know what you think once you've watched them.
And I love bromances too! Ironically, a lot more than chicmances so we have that in common! Recommend me some if you can! :)

Oh I'm the same way! I tend to watch a lot more movies than dramas so that's why my dropped list isn't overpopulated yet ... hehe. I've only watched 4 dramas so far. Two of them were very droppable, but since I'm newly addicted I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I kept watching.
I'm glad to hear that AGD has a good ending! I will start it after I complete the work that got totally neglected while I watched 58 episodes of Ojakgyo Brothers (if you like bromances you'll probably love this - the 4 men are actual brothers, not just friends and they all have unique, distinguable personalities. It's a great show with happy ending).

Hehe, just saw your dropped list and your comment on the Why you dropped thread ... picky one, aren't you? :) Then I'm very happy to see you gave A Gentleman's Dignity a perfect 10 because I'm thinking that will be my next drama. Can you PM me and let me know if it has a happy ending? For the moment I'm avoiding sad ending dramas where someone dies or will die or where romantic leads do not end up together.

Hey! Are you still on holiday? Hope you're enjoying! Any plans to watch Ojakgyo Brothers? I don't know yet what's your taste in dramas, but I recently finished this and it was great! It would be great to chat about it with you! It's pretty long though (58 eps) so I understand if you decide to pass. I almost did, but glad I didn't.

I prefer older guys so I'm a Ryu Su Young fan (guy who plays Tae Bom ... very easy on the eyes, isn't he!). But heck yeah, I love me some Joo Won. He's a cutie! I love him and Ja Eun together. Too cute.
And bummer! Why didn't they show that scene! Err ... bloody showrunners. That would have been soooo romantic, wouldn't it! (can you tell already I'm a complete sap?). I know you watched this drama long ago, but do you wanna join me on the discussion thread for a chat about it? I'm dying to talk someone else about it!

Heya, in September you posted this video http://mydramalist.com/forum/showthread.php?1168-Discussion-Ojakgyo-Brothers&p=277209#post277209 on the discussion thread for Ojakgyo Brothers and I wondered if you could tell me in which episode did this occur? I can't remember that scene between Ja Eun and Tae Hei at all so I'm thinking I must have hopped over an episode without realizing. I so want to see it though, can you help me? Thx! :)

I marathoned the heck out of it for real, but that's how I do. Once I start a drama I can't stop until its done, and OB was particularly addictive! It's a good thing I have control over my work schedule.
Hey no worries about discussing. Just lemme know when you're done! :) I sooo want to have a second opinion on certain things. hehe

How far along in watching Ojakgyo Brothers are you? If you're done do you wanna head over to the discussion thread for a chat? I'm curious about how others -- who've recently watched OB -- enjoyed the show.

By the way, I also watched it on gooddrama and there were a few episodes that had shoddy subtitles but overall the subs were decent. For those subs that were atrocious I was able to decipher what the translator was trying to convey.

Hey, finished Ojakgyo Brothers yesterday! Kinda dying to discuss with someone who has watched it recently. Wanna chat about it over on the discussion thread? I'm heading over there to relay my thoughts now ... hope to see you! :)
Haha, great article. After a long run with my latest Korean drama (Ojakgyo Brothers) I can at least say hear hear to the evil parent. There were so many times when I almost had a coronary watching parents completely hijack or ruin their kids' lives. In fact, I'm not surprised to see one of the 'evil' parents I've recently encountered on your collage. I guess dramas wouldn't be the same without them though. lol
Yes, I heard it will end well and I hope that's true.
I really can't wait for the Tae Hee and Ja Eun romance to begin though! When is that guy gonna make a move??? lol

I'm currently watching Okajgyo Brothers too, and I'm absolutely loving it! I'm at episode 16 and it's riding very high at 10 for me at the moment. I hope it continues that way.

You're welcome. Jung Woo-sung, the male lead in A Moment to Remember, stars in Athena so I'm really looking forward to seeing this once I'm in the mood for this type of drama. He's one of my absolute favourite South Korean actors.
And yes as a matter fact I would like some help on which drama I should watch next so thanks for offering! :) I'm in the mood for a romantic drama with a happy ending. I've been looking at Save the Last Dance for Me, Crazy for You and Autumn's Concerto, but I'm not sure how any these end. I don't want to watch anything that will leave me in emotional turmoil after it's done. I don't mind if the characters go through a lot during the show, but it has to have a happy ending. So can you help me with this? Pls feel free to inbox me if you don't want to post spoilers publicly. Thx! :)

Hey! I saw one of your posts on the forum. Re where you can watch Athena: Goddess of War, you can see it in full on www.gooddrama.net under Drama Shows.
Oh man, guilty as charged. Definitely a dramathoner! So much so that when I start a new drama I have to make sure all my obligations to the outside world is in the box because once I start I can't stop. In the case of western dramas I hate waiting a whole week for new episodes to air or when the show is in between seasons. Now that I've discovered Asian dramas waiting a day or so for new episodes sounds more tolerable, but I prefer to wait until the show is completely aired before I watch it because like a true addict when I need a fix I need it NOW! Waiting days or weeks or months on end for a new episodes would definitely do me in!
