Here is my take. Denis can't be the one who shot the arrow at him. I think it was an ordered assassination by…
Yeah, but there were so much that needs to be explained for a proper closure. In the end, we were left with so many questions.

Title Journey to the Shore Spoiler
This short film was an emotional roller-coaster. Both the leads did an amazing job showing raw emotions. I have already seen Shin Bi in Cheer Up. I loved the storytelling.

Min Ha was openly gay though he was bullied by everyone. I think Sang Beom was openly gay in his previous school but he transferred to Min Ha's school because he was bullied. In the new school, he remained a closeted gay and wondered why Min Ha is still frank about his sexuality despite the bullying. Min Ha suffered internally because of the constant bullying and pretended not to care. He has cut his hands several times because he was tired of being alive.

But, Sang Beom always wanted to grow up and be an adult to do things freely. Min Ha, on the other hand, knew the world was cruel even one becomes an adult. That's why he says to Sang Beom to enjoy his adult life alone. Because, just like Peter Pan, Min Ha never wished to grow up. He regretted being alive, so he never really thought about his future as an adult.

Even before going to the trip, Min Ha had already made up his mind to break up with Sang Beom(the bus scene where he looks a bit lost and sad for a moment). When Min Ha gets bullied, Sang Beom also suffered, seeing his lover in pain and not able to help him. Min Ha understood that Sang Beom will get hurt more if they were together.

I truly hope that Min Ha isn't dead and just went on his way to live somewhere else. But, after the break up, Sang Beom didn't want to grow up at all. Because Min Ha held a part of his teenage days and growing up would mean moving on without him by his side. That's why he brought the identity card later in life by giving a hefty fine. He returns to the shore one last time to say goodbye to Min Ha and move on to being an adult all alone.

This short film was much better than most of the BLs out there.

Love your insights! I also think the fact that he's wearing a similar jacket represents how little he's changed.…
And Donghee didn't change either. That's why he returned home from Seoul.

This drama was well-executed compared to ULS. The acting was more realistic and the chemistry between the two leads were insane. The sexual tension between them was so real. As a bibliophile myself, I love the reference to Kafka's novel. There were so many hidden meanings and symbolism in the drama and I truly enjoyed interpreting them. For example, Hotae has a tattoo of an insect on his neck, referring to The Metamorphosis. And there is this another scene where Hotae and Donghee have a phone call after the leg injury and during the phone call, both of them are basking in yellow light - an indication that how they are truly happy to be interacting with each after a long while. And of course, I loved the climax scene - the photo blending with the environment where it was shot and then suddenly Hotae appearing in the frame with a similar green jacket....that scene was chef's kiss. I really loved the drama.
BTW, the actor who played Ji Su....he has such a nice voice....sounded like he was straight outta from an Wattpad fiction to me.

Thank you! Agree 100%!!! I don’t get the negativity. One of my favorite series!
Yeah. I don't how people are judging this series. Like how they could even find faults in this masterpiece?

It's not a series.. Art was part of the cast of ''My Secret Love'' in 2022 (he was partner of Boat Yongyut) and…
Is it? A few days back, I saw the trailer. Thanks for the clarification.

Ok 'Gown and Gear'? Is this the book of 'My Gear and Your Gown' drama? Or are they both entirely different?

To me, it's normal. I studied in a private school in Metro Manila, and I had several friends from different universities…
Oh, thanks for the info. Actually, I do find it attractive when Asian people speak English. But, imo, at least they could have given a few dialogues as Tagalog for Marco. It feels a bit odd when Luna and Kalix communicate.
