I do the same all the time. I have two GagaOOLala subscriptions (one for me, one for a Pinoy fanboy friend of mine in the Philippines who cannot afford it, but I wanna support him that way) and I get Viki pass for free as a qualified Viki subber, but I am so hooked for this that I cannot wait. I gonna watch it on legal platform too anyway when I am subbing it. Btw it seems that someone leaks the Viki subs out, because they are exactly the same as what air on the VIki platform a week later.
Finally! An atrociously awful mother in an Asian show does not get her redemption act just because she is a "mother" . This drama is becoming better and better with each episode. Seto Toshiki has been really good in this since the beginning, but he is literally killing it in episode 4 . Hats off to him.

Yes, I have seen it. There is a pirate site that posts one more episode with subs (a week before Viki or Gaga), but I don't want to advertise it here. I can send it in private if you are interested.
I'm not convinced social and cultural norms are the same for everyone as you suggested. Monogamy may be idealized…
Not just here. All over MDL under each and every BL comment section. You should see what was happening in the comment section of I Promised You the Moon. When the first trailer of Moonlight Chicken appeared and I had a glance at the reactions I decided to avoid to go back and look for the sake of my mental health. That is what happens when a genre like BL becomes so popular with straight teenage girls and purist single women who apparently project their way of thinking onto gay characters.
7.8 ?!! How come it dropped under 8.0 ?! What's wrong with people here ? If it was a Kdrama would it gain more…
This was way over 8 while airing, especially towards the end. It think it was at 8.3 at its peak. I am quite sure the purist knuckle draggers who could not stand a show with such unusual and flawed leads so successful and popular, came to donwnote it afterwards. The same happened to History 4.
Viki used Gross this time also. Very disappointing
I have been a subber on Viki for years and I am subbing this on Viki, so I can tell this might change. On Viki the English subs on the day of premiering is never the final one. They receive a rough version and after airing they lecture, double check and correct it before releasing to translate it to other languages.
Seriously whenever I just see this fecking stupid "toxic" buzzword it literally makes my shit itch. The way SJWs…
I am not calling anyone SJW, only those who are. If the cap fits. And I am not crying about liberals because I am a liberal myself in the original sense of the word. You're welcome.
This is a unique couple, and I love them so much. There is nothing toxic in their relationship - they are two…
Seriously whenever I just see this fecking stupid "toxic" buzzword it literally makes my shit itch. The way SJWs and the generation Y are using it for virtually everything and everyone in which or whom they happen to discover the slightest human flaw is truly abhorrent.
Utsukushi Kare season 1 was a brilliant and amazing show with excellent cinematography and acting, and the second season so far seems to have preserved the magic and skill the first one was shinining of.

In episode 3 Masumi is wondering why Ritsu obtained that drug and comes to the conclusion he wanted to kill himself. He is also wondering what possibly cornered Ritsu as much as to do such an act.
Finally someone. Yes, Ritsu is a selfish and uncaring person, but he was totally upfront about it from the beginning.…
It seems he was about to commit suicide, at least that was hinted, and before the announcement of the world ending. But this may well be a red herring, I don't know. For sure, this is going to be an unpredictable journey, in terms of character development.
Finally someone. Yes, Ritsu is a selfish and uncaring person, but he was totally upfront about it from the beginning.…
Ritsu made it totally public that he is sleeping around and proclaimed to Masumi that he was not about to enter into a relationship. He also said later that he thought Masumi understood and accepted this side of his. So he was basically honest. Yes, he did not hang a label into his neck that "I am a player, don't take me seriously" but he made it quite explicit. Nor was he considerate enough not to seduce innocent people or to sleep with other players exclusively, but let's be honest it is not just a little bit too much to expect from players. And once again, Masumi knew who he was, but he thought he was special enough to change Ritsu.
And I am still quite sure that Masumi probably is and has always been the only person Ritsu loved as much as he can process that feeling, but he is unable to strip his unapologetically uncaring personality. That sort of continuous balance as he tries to make up for Masumi while still maintaining his selfish being, as much as Masumi's dilemma between his resentment and the flame still flickering inside of his heart will be the driving force of the narrative from now on, I guess.
i loved in episode 3 Masumi have enough self respect to tell him off after he blab that nonsense. I love this…
1. You'd better put it into spoiler in respect to those who have not yert watched it. 2. The ending scene in the bed foreshadowed that Masumi is going to give in, probably quite soon, so you all should take the chill pill and prepare yourself for that.

Ritsu told Masumi he loves him because he really loves him in his own way. (Daisuke da has a much more extensive meaning anyway, it could be translated as "I really like you" as well) and he thought Masumi accepts him for who he is. Masumi was aware of him being a player, he himself told in his inner monolgues he thought he could change him. And as we said, Ritsu explicitly told he was not into relationships. Ritsu is clearly not a good person and the series has no intention of showing him in a different light, but he is a much more complex character than that.
Not that I bother about MDL ratings much (generally absurd), but this one started above 8 and has been gradually dropping. I cannot help but think that once again the kiddos downscore it because they hate Ritsu's personality. Sandbox level.
Started this out of boredom with zero expectations, especially because I'm not a fan of Seto's acting (he's a…
Finally someone. Yes, Ritsu is a selfish and uncaring person, but he was totally upfront about it from the beginning. He told Masumi straight away tha he did not wanna maintain a relationship, because that is too complicated for him. Masumi was even warned by his club mate that Ritsu was seducing one girl after another in his clubs. Yet Masumi went along with him because he thought he could change him. But Ritsu never promised him love or fidelity. Yes, filming the sex with him was a jerk move, but he had no intention to publish it and out Masumi, he only threatened Masumi with that because he was stalked by him. I would say Ritsu likes or probably even loves Masumi in his own way, but he is just not capable of giving monogamous and selflessly caring love to anybody. But at least he is honest about it.
I have double-chekcked the sub of episode 2 on Viki and the one on the illegal site (which posted episode 2 with subs last week), and they are exactly the same. So it menas the Viki sub has been leaked.
