I am really curious about what the nature of the conflict is between Thap and his father. It was mentioned that Thap has just started talking to him again, but as far as I remember it was not elaborated so far why they are on bad terms, unless I missed something.
Jun Ho is actually really dense indeed. He still cannot add two and two and believes Joe was killed by the lobbyists and not Ji Hoon, even after knowing what he did with the pills.
First of all he is likely to train himself as an official lobbyist member, second he needs to learn to become a player as he stated. So him and Peace going to Korea is the most logical scenario.
It could also be the case that someone else’s body was identified as Kong’s, and that he was also a part of the game between the lobbyist and the Korean maffia. Kong was just taken to the hospital and no one ever saw him again.
It's called Plot Build Up. As I'm sure you're aware, their teasing is a constant sort of, "catch me if you can"…
A fair quota of BL fans cannot stand any kind of plot development just the boys being lovey-dovey to each other wall to wall, from the first episode to the last one. Truly annoying and insufferable.

Like I said above you literally see Junho saying that with his own mouth at the end. The two voices - the one about the pic, and the one about the sissy - are totally different. And just listen to the strong accent of the sissy sentence if you cannot see Junho saying it.

You clearly mix up the names of Jihoon and Junho here. Just look at the cast above or check one of the episodes and you will see you are mistaken. The question is coming from Junho, not Jihoon (they show him saying that), who was fighting with Sun. Peace is asked after being punched who that woman is in the picture in his wallet. The question about the sissy comes from Junho. The thing is that when you start hearing it two different scenes are being played before you see Junho asking it with his own mouth. Check it out again. In these quick previews the dialogue you hear and the scenes they show often overlap.

Especially since Kong is the only person Junho has killed so far literally. Why would he kill Cherry's friend, a totally marginal character, not to mention Junho is not even among the squad who made this gas action?

Junho is likely to say this sentence to Sun. Junho could feel that Sun made him kill Kong. Sun was the first who grabbed a knife when they were fighting, to which Junho grabbed a knife too and Kong died because he jumped between them. So from Junho's perspective he had to kill Kong because of Sun.

These "lobbyists" are not supposed to be Western-style lobbyist, they are actually pretty much part of the underworld, yet with political connections. They are also clearly a part of the drug-dealing there.
Junho gave Nap the tracker and told him that he wanted to keep an eye on Peace and not that he want him kidnapped. Yet Junho obvioulsy knew Nap had other motivations, as he later elaborated it to Jihoon, saying "I don't think Nap will kil Peace, I think he talks himself out of the situation". So it must be something not controlled, only observed by Junho. Jihoon and Junho actually had an argument about why cannot they squeeze the info out of Peace themselves, to which Junho replied they cannot have blood on their hands and they cannot harm Peace directly, so it makes it even more possible they just encourage and let it happen to Peace.
If you refer to the sentence "You made me killing that sissy" in the preview, that is more likely to refer to the murder of Kong back then, and not Cherry's friend.

My take is that the gas action was ordered by the lobbyists and not Junho, the latter just takes advatange of the situation. The target was Peace and the others there are just collateral damage. I am not even sure if the guys take them as well.
