Ooof! As much as I would hate to see that happen to her, the impact this would have on the other characters and the plot would make for some great writing.

Oh, he definitely knows and is enjoying messing with his friend. He also might be waiting for them to tell him first out of respect for his sister, who has been very shy/weary of dating because her last relationship ended poorly.

I'm assuming that they were fighting because Ma Ha got photographed dating after she told the other girls she would put Tea Party first.

They didn't really highlight it much in season one, and when they did it was presented as more of a frugality thing because all of his money was going towards the Daddy Longlegs program.

I don't think he's hung up on his ex-wife. Instead, I think he feels sorry for her because of the divorce, and his actions toward her seem more out of guilt and a sense of duty. I'm not sold on Suk-Hyung and Min-ha being a couple just yet, but she's definitely having a positive influence on him in a way that will at least evolve into close friendship, if not a full romance.

I definitely think it was right move for the writers to have her to reject him. While it was hinted in season one that she had feelings for them when she was younger, it was clear that she only saw him as a friend in the present. At this point, I would be fine if they remained friends, but I also wouldn't mind if Song-hwa's feelings gradually evolve into romantic ones now that that door has opened.

At this point, though, it's looking like they are setting her up to be an independent woman focused solely on her career, given the preview for episode 2 and the fact that she said in episode 1 that she wants to be the greatest (English word) "villian," which Ik-jun told her meant "hard working" in season 1. If this is the route they take her, I agree with you and hope that they give Ik-jun another romantic interest. He's such a romantic and deserves a happy ending.

He knows his friend well and loves watching him squirm. haha.

I cannot wait until Ik-jun finds out, too! Ugh, why must this show only air one episode a week?

Anyone else hoping we get to see Jung-won meet Geyol's brother this season? Even better if no one has bothered to correct his misconception that he was Geyol's boyfriend.

I don't think it has sunk, more like taking on water with a decent chance that it could still float to safety.

I initially wasn't a fan of the Suk Hyng and Min-ah pairing, but after rewatching season one many, many times and having now seen how Suk Hyung interacts with his ex-wife, I've got to say, Min-ah is good for him. She's a nice foil to his character, and I think she will help him overcome a lot of his social anxieties. I strongly suspect we will see him get on a crowded elevator at some point this season it it will be under Min-ah's influence.

Wait, I misspoke. I was correct that he is Jung-won's boss, but he's not head of the GS department. He's a higher up executive/director. Either way, Jung-won contacted him to let him know he was not quitting.

Yeon-U (and his mom) was a patient that pre-dates season one. At one point they mention Yeon-U 's primary doctor was a doctor not currently on staff, which is why Gyeo-ul is the only doctor around that remembers the boy.

I nearly died from a cuteness overload when Jung Won got all giddy in his bedroom. Soooo good.

No kidding! Not to mention, he knows how to recognize when a woman is being flirty and put up boundaries! Man is inexperienced, but not stupid. Love it.

After seeing their interactions in this episode, I feel pretty confident that they won't break up. I was initially concerned after season one because we never really got to see the depth of Jung Won's affection for her, but the boy is smitten and I'm here for it! Assuming their relationship isn't a violation of the hospital rules, I think things will be smooth sailing for them, and the romance drama will be focused on Ik-jun/Song-hwa and Suk-hyung/Min-ha/ex-wife.

No, we didn't get an answer, but we can assume that Jung-won denied having any romantic feelings for her. At that point, he was just coming around to admiring her in a professional capacity, so even if he was starting to develop a personal interest in her, he probably wouldn't have even admitted it to himself at that point.

I'm not following what you're asking? Kettle is the head of the GS department (a.k.a. Jung-won's boss). Jung-won called him to make an appointment to speak with him the next day to tell him he wasn't quitting being a doctor.

Not going to lie, as excited for season two as I was, a part of me was worried that it wouldn't do season one justice. I should have known this director-writer duo wouldn't let me down.

I loved everything about the start of season two. I'm so glad it picked up right where season one ended. Winter Garden definitely stole the show this episode, but there were so many great moments between the five friends. I particularly enjoyed finally seeing Jung-won and Jun-wan as roommates.

Are you talking about season one, episode three, just after they reveal that Ik-jun has been taking photos of Jung-won to give to Gyeo-ul? If so, it was because earlier in the conversation Gyeo-ul asked Ik-jun to ask Jung-won what he thought of her because she was too shy to confess too him herself.

Then Jung-won showed up, interrupting the conversation, which caused Gyeo-ul to scurry away in her shyness. After she leaves, Jung-won misread the situation and scolds Ik-jun for having an affair/flirting with Gyeo-ul, which comes off as a bit jealous, so Ik-jun decides to do what Gyeo-ul requested and ask Jung-won liked her.

I've rewatched season one 20+ times and I'm pretty sure Ikjun has known Junwan has been dating his sister for a loooooooong time, probably since Iksun kicked Junwan in the face.

I think that was mostly just a set-up to show how he is putting up boundaries and acting like a man in a relationship, which is in contrast to season 1 when he would go out and treat all the female doctors/nurses to food out of platonic kindness.
