What are you talking about? I disagree with everything. Is it even possible to say that you like Hee Tae's dad???…
Yes thank you. I don't like the father's behavior ofc but there's something in the actor himself that makes drawn to him. I have seen him before but this is the first time his character shines in my eyes. Maybe the mysterious vibe he gives off and the fact that he's unreadable. Hmmm

Chill dude. Not gonna explain my opinion cz I'm not here to fight. Just one thing, I still like Lee Dohyun even if I'm not so fond of his character here and yeap his acting is still so good. :)
I don't really care about the romance, it was cute at first but then it became repetitive & draggy. However, I really like the political side of this drama. I'm still watching this to see the closure of it. I was about to drop this drama but Episodes 8, 9 & 10 gained back my interest. My favorite characters are not the mains but actually the 2nd leads, Lee Suryeon & her brother & I strangely like the despicable Hee Tae's father because of the charisma of the actor. Haha btw, Lee Dohyun is one of my beloved actors but I preferred his previous roles in 18 Again & Sweet Home. I don't know Hee Tae was cool at first but for some reason he turned a bit childish halfway through. He's too focused on his lovelife & too driven by his emotions & feelings. Not to mention that he can't be relied on. On a side note, I adore the Gwangju accent <3_<3
JiAh & InBeom are great work partners tbh, romance is not really needed in this show. They are beautiful just the way they are. No Ep 14 for this week, what a bummer :(
I had no expectations for this drama at all that's why I'm mind-blown watching it. Jang Nara is truly awesome as JiAh, it's the first time I feel so attached to her character. Yonghwa's surprisungly good persormance, I'm fan of the singer him but I can say now that I'm proud of his acting. He's doing great portraying different emotions, Ep 11 & 12 showcased RANGE from his side. I hope he keeps up the good work in his future projects which he has to pick very carefully haha I like InBeom's assistant/friend so much by the way. Just saying lol One more thing, I want to clap for the smooth way the plot is unfolding. Nothing feels forced or out of place or random. Yup, I love this drama. It deserves 8.5 at least for ratings.
I need to re-watch the 1st episode for a few more times before going for Ep2. I'm so confused but still enjoying this. Law School reminds me of Class of Lies for some reason. Btw, I love the BGMs & the OSTs.
I feel bad for Kang Minhyuk because it is his comeback drama and his character is very boring (like all the other characters of this drama). I hope he picks better scripts or at least better characters in the future. His previous characters are way waaaay better. Let alone he was a first lead before this mess happened. I think I'm dropping this drama.
It's my favorite Jang NaRa character so far. Jung Yonghwa as Oh In Beom with his mind and lines made me laugh so many times lol They will make a fun team along with their assistants >◇< Nice start. Looking forward to EP3 :) I really liked Mystic Pop-Up Bar so I think I will enjoy this.
I really like the plot & the cast so far but I hope for no romance between RoWoon & Kim HeeSun tbh Kdramas need to give us more romance-free dramas. I hope they are actually mother & son or older sister & younger brother.
I doubt the manhwa BL content will be apparent in the drama since it will be aired on KBS, a public channel. They…
According to news articles, Rowoon is the male lead. The royal guard "MiSu" is the main character in the webtoon. It seems like they changed his name into Jung Jiwoon, his profession into a teacher of the crown prince & his family backgroud in the drama. MiSu comes from the royal family, he is the son of a princess-turned-slave and his father is executed due to treason. I don't know why they changed all of that. MiSu used to have a scholar friend who's also close to the dowager queen.
the ML is an idol !do you know how blindness some idols fans are?everything oppa do is perfect score .
Not really? Many fans of Idol Rowoon didn't like the drama and it's not because of the kissing scenes, it is simply because this drama is not their cup of tea or they didn't likr the chemistry and many more reasons. It's unfair to judge a fandom like that when you know nothing about it. This exact fandom is more mature than you think. Actor/Actress fans can be biased too, it's not an exclusive trait of idol fans and I have seen many kdramas enjoying unrealistically good ratings despite of the average & sometimes problematic plots because the viewers love the cast that was idol-free. Plus, no one has the right to judge anyone based on the ratings they give. I rated this drama 8 when I could've easily exaggerated by giving it a 9 or 9.5 or even 10 just because I like Rowoon but no. I admit the plot was a bit too repetitive and nothing really interesting about it. I also dislikes the 2nd leads- plot line. However, the characters were amazing esp HyunSeung, Jaewoon, YeonSeung and Ha Eun. The conversations were pretty enlightning and realistic. HyunSeung's pure love was just so warm and beautiful. The acting was natural & easy to watch. And finally, all the discussions that happened here after each episode were literally an additional reason for me to keep watching.
HyunSeung deserves better. No, I think he deserves the BEST. And if that BEST is YOON SONGAH I dont mind it at…
It's okay to be selfish, that's right. However, is it really okay to be repeatedly selfish? For HyunSeung to give her another chance, she should reassure him for the future not just for the time being. That's what Yoon SongAh needs to do. To give him signs that she will keep fighting no matter the hardships. If you are going to give up on your partner and later on your family every time you see a good job opportunity then I suggest you NEVER get involved in a serious relationship. Don't give promises you can't keep. True that people change but you can't expect someone you hurt so badly to forgive you just because you changed.
To me, Yoon Song Ah is no different than his previous ex. They are both selfish in their own ways because both of them took his feelings & efforts for granted and then showed up in his face so shamelessly because they regretted without considering the fact that he was trying to move on. True that the ex cheated on him but Yoon Song Ah's fault isn't that forgivable as well. She stopped fighting for a relationship because she felt guilty and she thought she couldn't repay him when all she needed to do was to be grateful and TRY. She threw all HyunSeung's efforts across the wall just to get rid of the guilt. That's selfishness too. Your partner is suffeting just like you. The world doesn't revolve around you and your feelings only. Anyways, I don't even understand why she broke up with him when all she could do was just to tell him that he shouldn't be that selfless and that she wanted him to love himself as much as he loved her. They have been carrying nice conversations throughout the drama, how come she didn't even try to talk it out with him instead of stepping on him like that. Reasons of break up differ, it's not always cheating. Some behaviors hurt just as much as cheating and they can't be easily forgotten and forgiven. Also just because she broke up while she still loved him doesn't make her better. It's not only about her only. It's about HyunSeung and his right to feel whatever he wants after that cruel breakup too. It's up to him only to give her a second chance or not and he's not wrong whatever his decision turns out to be.
And yes after watching Ep15, I also think HyunSeung was not that easy to get. He did maintain the cold shoulder for days and weeks after her comeback and I hope he keeps that attitude for at least half of the finale.
I still believe that a realistic happy ending is for them not to end up together. However, since the drama wants them together, I hope they give HyunSeung the time he deserves to heal his wounds before he finally gives in.
Affection is his next project. It is a KBS historical drama that will be aired in the second half of 2021. He is the male lead, Park Eunbin is the female lead and Nam YoonSu is the 2nd male lead.
