I did read and I replied to your points. But you're not replying to mine, you're just going in circle. Saying "because it is" is not an argument.

His emotional scar was worse cuz for the longest time, he thought Pio, someone he loves deeply, was the one who had him abducted cuz he misunderstood what Pio was doing to find him and the truth. Obviously if he didn’t love him, it would have hurt less. But it’s not because Pio is Pio. It woudl have been the same if it was someone else he loved that deeply. The more you love someone the more it hurts, that’s the price of love. And the fact that he loves him so much is also what kept him going and what can heal him today now that he knows Pio never betrayed or abandonned him and treasured him too.

What Jeongyo went through was caused by Pio's mother but since when it’s someone's fault to have a family like that, did you choose your own mom ? He was actually their first victim. If one of your parent or brother/sister commit a crime and say "I did it for you", does it makes you responsible for it ? If he became friend with anyone else with the same family, it would have been the same, cuz it’s not Pio who wanted him gone, Pio loved him as deeply as he loved Pio.

I get it you hate Pio, but like I said, it shouldn’t prevent you from being objective.

Pio didn’t hold him back. He helped him get over his trauma, to notget expelled, saved him from debt collectors and helped as well with piano technique and was as much of a refuge for Jeongyo as Jeongyo was for him. They are each others mirror. What opportunity did Jeongyo give up for Pio ? He was a carefree person who did what he wanted and who was very affectionate, warm and helpful to those he loves. The one who sacrifice himself for those he loves and want to be useful to them cuz that’s the only way he knows how to love is Pio.

And now, yeah Jeongy's hand can’t play the piano, he suffered through so much but since when someone is responsible for another crime, be it his own mother ? What, someone just has to say "I did it for you" and it become your crime too ?

Pio wanted to be recognized for his own talent and win fairly against Jeongyo during this competition, that’s why he asked him to compete, he never wanted to win like that and not only he had despearatly searched for Jeongyo since then and grieved his death to the point of not being able to keep going in his life , he has obviously thought he was an imposter since he got 1st place just cuz Jeongyo disappeared during the competition so you can’t even say he benefitted from it unknowingly.

It’s ok to dislike a character and want to defend another but that shouldn’t prevent one from being objective...

What exactly makes you think he has a rotten soul...

And yes if not in this competition, he would have participated in others competitions Pio was in for sure with his talent.

And if Joengyo befriendded anyone with this kind of family, his fate would have been the same. Cuz in fact, even if the thought popped in his head once, Pio never wanted him gone, his mom did.

Idk why you want so much for what happened to Jeongyo to be Pio's fault.

I think going to beg JY, the kid she got abducted and she destroyed, to save her son showed a total lack of decency…
She just tried to go once to the police, mentionned the photo Pio received and deleted to cover for her and after that she didn’t make any effort to find any evidences she knew existed cuz that’s how Pio found out what she did. She just went straight to find JY who wouldn’t have been able himself to help free Pio out of jail if the police didn’t get later the evidences proving his innocence.

But I get what you mean.

I was rolling my eyes to eternity every time Pi Ohs mom appeared. She's such a bitch. Obviously the grandfather…
I think going to beg JY, the kid she got abducted and she destroyed, to save her son showed a total lack of decency and empathy towards him. It was maddening to watch for me.

If she wanted to save her son she should have tried to gather the evidences of her crimes and go to the police with it rather than doing that to JY.

If they hadn’t been close, it wouldn’t have changed his fate cuz Pio's mom couldn’t stand someone else being number 1...

But Jeongpyo would have missed a soulmate, a bond nothing else can compare to. He would have been much more miserable.

Pio loved Jeong Yo deeply. But growing up in a home where his mere existence aroused hatred in his grandfather....not…
Yeah.
The only way he knows how to express his love is by being useful to those he loves and sacrificing himself for them and that’s what he did with both Jeongyo and his mom.

I know this show is more about pio (when perfection cost you love ) than jeongyo ..But i feel jeyongyo story had…
I do think the story is about the both of them and their bond.

And It doesn’t seem Pio's guilt is gone, like at all. He wouldn’t have said something like that to Jeongyo after Jeongyo found out the truth if it was. He still believe a part of himself wanted him gone cuz the idea crossed his mind 10y ago and is thus responsible somehow for what happened. His mental state is a mess and he still suffers from depression. His guilt is actually one of the main factor that prevent them from making up I think...

But I agree for Jeongyo...

“ Choi Jung-yo loved Kang Bi-oh, and yeah, Choi Jung-yo is a hugely influential figure in Kang Bi-oh's life...…
Who would spend 10y of their life despairing because of the absence of another, including 5y desperatly searching for that person, and feeling so much guilt towards them, without loving them ?

That doesn’t make any sence.

Pio is just much more restrained and secretive than Jeongyo, he struggle to understand and express his emotions and feelings and is thus way harder to understand. Everything goes inwards with him. It doesn’t mean that his feelings and emotions are any less deep or intense.
