People are complaining regarding her scenes is episode 33 and what would be in episode 34 before she goes into coma. They have cut all her for scene with the night demon, fake TTJ (demon disguised). You can see they have shot it.

He probably went through many reincarnation in mortal realm during those 10,000 years. Xiao Lin was in human form, so yes. In xianxia, all mortal/human, inanimate/animated objects, demons and gods has soul/spirit. Just some are special than other where their origins differ.

He was a camellia flower spirits that Pang Yi Zhi Ye lost when was he was an immortal. Remember the little boy that Ji Ze pushed down to mortal realm for losing that camellia flower during Dream Arc 10,000 years ago? The camellia flower also come down to mortal realm to become human Xiao Lin.

I heard they cut/edit Bai Lu scene. Instead of being actually drunk as portrayed in the drama, she was supposed to be pretend drunk, meet fake TTJ (night demon disguised) and fought with the night demon.

I know where my confusion come from. The one that LSS went to sleep when she was drunk was the same inn “Descendent of the Phoenix” inn that the first time to she came to ask.

Oops. Nvm. I went back and checked lol. It wasn’t the same inn.

🤣🤣🤣 well the inn that she wanted to go in the first time to ask what happen when the street was empty was the same inn that they end up staying. And only after the scene that they were still together the next day, that I’m assumed that he visited LSS. Anyway, the drama should have shown that instead on us to assume what is happening. They could have shown images of LSS lying in bed during the time TTJ open and closing the door. Or he could’ve say, I’m glad she is fine. That would have allow us the connect he did visited LSS. About GYJW, they probably saw a note from Mo Nv assuming it was from him, telling them to not worry about him. That he left to fight demons. 😂😂

Well unless you don’t account for Xiao Lin, YQY, father Ye, and YXW’s maid as human . They doesn’t really fit into the mold that human are worse than demon.

It’s the transition that is the problem that most are complaining in regard to the edits of episode 33. Before point your point 1, when TTJ and LSS first arrived at Jing capital, the street was emptied as people feared to come out because of the demon yet even before they caught the demon, the street is now bustling with people when TTJ and LSS went to spray water…? When TTJ awake from the dream, he was worry about LSS conditions however the next scene we saw him opening and closing the door. What? Why? 🤦‍♀️ Is he going somewhere, is he leaving LSS behind, he just visited LSS? Before we would get a least an explanation of how we arrived to those scenes. But episode 33 did not try to. I don’t really cared about the outfits changes as the outfit changes doesn’t indicate time passage.

She showed him those images during the tower scene because she was explaining to him that she came from the future to stop him massacring. She told him she come from the future to kill him because he is going to kill those people in the future. Yes, the TTJ now haven’t done those yet but before LSS time-traveled TTJ is the Devil God. So technically she isn’t wrong to show him that. Just because the past is now changed doesn’t mean those memories doesn’t exist. Without, LSS intervention he will become one with the devil god. Even now, it is still his destiny to become Devil God. This fact doesn’t change. However, after removing the Devil Bone, she know he is not the Devil God that murdered her family. She just now fear of him becoming Devil God without the consciousness of TTJ.

During the tower scene, what TTJ saw and believed was the future him. And he couldn’t believe/accept those were things he has done or going to do. Now, seeing those images again, he is aware it wasn’t him. He now have a choice to not become what LSS feared.

While I agree with the majority of your sentiment regarding episode 33, I actually like the immortal arc so far. I find the storytelling and editing of the immortal arc more appealing and smoother than previous arc (with exception of episode 33). Explanations were given and interconnected with previous arc.

I agree the past 32 episodes editing was much more smooth and acceptable than episode 33 especially the episodes of immortal arc previously to this one. Episode 30-32 so far was the smoothest in term on transitioning and storytelling . I was actually vibing with it. But they just have to butcher that up in episode 33 🤦‍♀️.

Since the mortal arc, LSS is aware that he is not the DG and that he is TTJ. What she feared is the possibility of him becoming one with the Devil God. So, in order for him to remain as TTJ she has to sacrifice their love and do all means to prevent that from happening. It is not because she still see TTJ as DG.

At that particular moment, I thought he want to leave LSS behind quietly because he now know that she feared him. But then they showed us that they were still together the next day. 🤦‍♀️ What was the actual purpose of that scene?!? To tell us he actually went to check on LSS without actually checking? That’s was probably LSS’s room. What’s an anti- climactic way of storytelling!

LSS got drunk because they want to lure the dream demon. While the other two, TTJ and GYJW were suppose to catch the demon. TTJ and LSS were in a different dream. But TTJ was shown LSS’s dream in his dream, what she feared. So, I guess inception. 😂

Today episode was a mess. From storytelling to editing. It was not as clear as previous episode of immortals arc. Editing/scene cut was weird particularly during the time they were in the Jing empire. One moment TTJ was busy on the street fighting demon then next second we see him closing door calmly while in the previous scene he was worried about LSS. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Whoever is responsible for this episode needs to a pay cut.

Episode 31 is a great cliffhanger to end. Ahh the missed potential. Imagine the havoc it would have caused to viewers if they actually didn’t air 32 today.
