At what point did I say it’s weird here? I’m saying that the director or whoever clearly made a mistake in casting this scene.I’m not comparing to Hidden Love but basing on source material. She should be at least 14

They picked an even younger actress to play Sang Zhi when Sang Yan and Duan Jiaxu graduated university. I’m picturing that photo of Sang Zhi and Duan Jiaxu together in Hidden Love and it’s not mathing even with the 8 vs 5 year age gap. Sang Zhi should be around 13 but looks 10.
