This is good to watch at the same time as The First Frost. A bit of light and fluffy vs trauma and angst. Even the cinematography gives such different vibes. This is so soft and pretty while TFF is dark and moody. I like balance in my life, so the two together is perfect for me.

I'm only halfway through ep 1 and her boyfriend is gaslighting her, but she keeps sending him messages. I saw a spoiler, so I'll hang in there.

Oh no! You’re going to summon that person who always posts it’s unrealistic how men in Chinese dramas stay pure into their late 20s. I happen to believe it’s still possible, rare but possible.

Some Chinese viewers took issue with how she was assaulted/harassed even more than in the novel. Like the flasher scene is supposedly not in the novel. The drama isn’t lacking, it’s mostly that things were added to a popular novel.

So hard waiting for ep 15! I almost paid the extra advance episode fee on Youku, but it’s just another couple of hours.

This is my recommendation as well. It's similar in that both female leads are healing and the male leads are in love but just quietly support the FL. Hopefully this isn't as much of a slow burn although I loved the deep friendship and flirting in Meet Yourself before they get together.

My guess is no. Her dancing isn't very good(not the right posture and arm positions look a bit awkward), but I like her anyway.

That scene finally made me cry. I was close in other scenes, but that one got me.

This is my first drama of 2025 that I'm watching while it's actively airing. I'm hoping it heals me of the trauma I got from watching an ongoing drama last year. So far so good!

So weird to see when both have always been very good at their craft, especially Bai Jing Ting. So far, the drama is very much about internal conflicts. This is very hard to portray because it’s not big expressions, but both are doing great.

This traumatized me so much that I turned to the predictable, recycled Chinese short dramas for a couple of months.

I started watching this because I’m currently obsessed with those awful low budget minidramas and was watching whatever I found on YouTube. I actually watched a pirated cut that had missing sound and subtitles in parts. Despite that, I noticed that the acting and overall production quality is better. I read the comments after I finished and realized that I could have watched it on WeTV to which I do have a subscription.

I came here to find out the Netflix release date. The rumour I saw is Nov 5. Am waiting for Netflix even hough I have Youku

Worst ending ever. Just watch to the end of the vineyard episodes if you don’t want the trauma that those of us who finished experienced.

That intro promised a happy ending!

I actually liked Love is Panacea despite the ending. At least it made sense. This ending is just pure garbage.

I suggest dropping this show. The ending is absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. All the other couples except the lead couple have happy endings. Even the one couple that was divorcing got back together. Some people say this is an open ending, but I absolutely believe the male lead is dead and even if he isn’t, female lead is so traumatized that she’ll likely never recover. Total trash ending.
