How is it pseudo incest if her mom is just dating ML's dad?? They are not blood related, not even on paper are they step-siblings. The closest link would have been my estranged mother's boyfriend's son.

But they lived together as siblings under one roof when they were kids, even though they weren't blood related ,so I see them more as sibling there than here.

I just watched ep 1 and it's weird that people have an issue of them being 'step-siblings'. She didn't even recognize her own mother and needs to confirm by calling her! She barely had any relationship with her own mom and doesn't live with her. Her mother is practically a stranger to her so that would make the ML even more so since they are NOT blood related so no form of pseudo-incest at all.

It didn't bother me at all. It's not as if they lived together as a family or grew up together. They meet each other at age 18 and have no interaction with each other's families. No different from a stranger.

How many students are in a school of grade 12s? Not sure if the translation is correct, I imagine getting to top 1000 shouldn't be hard? I thought it should be top 100.

That red hair and pink lipstick does not suit the ML. He looks way better with dark hair. I think his best look is in that modern drama with Yu Ling.

I want to like this but the FL character was so weak and aimless. I thought she would have learned to handle the people who bullied her after coming back from aboard. But she was still that clueless girl who still depends on a dad who has never believed in her, for money. I thought she would have made something for herself and be more independent.

Her seduction of the ML was without dignity and just like a little Lolita, and not even that successful. Not even sure what she was trying to accomplish throughout the drama.

The use of English here and there didn't throw me off, it was speaking exclusively in Mandarin in Hong Kong that threw me off. This would not be realistic in Hong Kong. Even news broadcast would have been in Cantonese but NOT a single person has spoken in Cantonese throughout the drama.

Hong Kong used to be a British Colony, so English here and there are very common.

This was actually quite a decent drama. They have chemistry and the acting is quite good and I like how they got back together, and it was not near the end.

If I was the FL, I would have sprinted out of there asap after the kid kept calling her mama even after she told him not to.

The ML is a bit of a scumbag but I think he is a more realistic character. Like how many men in his early 20s will not date anyone or remain celibate for 10 years after being dumped? There were so many dramas where the MLs never go near any women even after the FL broke his heart - not very realistic.

A more accurate title would be Ten Year of Repressed Love.

I love the ML and his partner's friendship. They are both so cool and good looking, their scenes are so fun and enjoyable to watch.
