If anyone finds this series subbed and updated past episode 20, can you kindly share the link? :D myasiantv and…
I thought I was one of the few people here totally wondering about that!! Nice to know someone else is enjoying the drama. I'm hesitant to watch more because I don't want to wait long. So I know how you feel. I know subbers work hard but I wish they made this one a priority. It's realllly popular in South Korea. So sad

AHHHH!!!! Ji An initiated a kiss!!! I thought a kiss would be towards the end of the series. That even caught me off guard! Damn, this drama is good. It is good!! I wonder what will happen to these two now... hopefully some more cute developments.

AND I hope Lee Hyeon gets those final dots matching (seems like he already is) of who Min really is, which we know is Seon Ho (lawyer dude), because I feel like those grand misunderstandings need to be revealed. It breaks my heart to see those two passing by each other ambivalently. I hope Seon Ho/Min hasn't been murdering anyone, that would be too tragic for this poor child. I hope this show gives them a reunion. Of course nothing will be easy or perfect for those two in the future ahead, but I hope they're able to reconnect little by little.

I like how this series isn't falling under predictable cliches. I thought episode 8's climax of Ji An's attacker…
@starlesspapillion, Consent is so important. There's the respecting of boundaries that they have as partners and I appreciate that. I can think of many drama offenders that grab wrists/shoulders forcefully, or flat out use unnecessary possessive attitudes to get a woman's attention, and it's just horrible. That was an awesome point. I love their chemistry too. Feels very natural and not rushed, I completely agree.

WAEEE! WAEEE!! Why wasn't this more than 12 episodes?!! I know TVN can't compare to MBS, KBS, and SBS (because it's on cable/pay tv), but this had such promise to be more than just 12 episodes. It could have gotten more complex and intricate with at least 20. It breaks my heart to see other shows who don't have half the heart of series like this one, but continue onwards because of their great budgets and popular station repertoire. TVN produces such great dramas, and I hope they get more recognition in the future, or at least put more efforts into their production so that they can get their viewership ratings past 5% on each drama. I love Song Ji Hyo, and I know that if she was alongside someone like So Ji Sub (just an example), the ratings would have been higher, even being on TVN. I liked Byun Yo Han's performance here, but I know that because he doesn't have a long resume of acting yet, people probably didn't pay as much attention. That's my opinion of of course, and I think it's unfortunate. Still not over this. Soooo frustrating. But... that was a sweet ending :)

is this a law drama?? or is just the story how they met and from then its not so much about law?? dubbed???
Hmm that's a good question! I'm not sure. I haven't watched Divorce Lawyers in Love. They sound similar but Divorce Lawyers (Chinese drama) doesn't say anything about a parent series, and I don't think Divorce Lawyers in Love had a remake blurb on it. But the ideas are similar, the divorce lawyers falling in love, but plot wise it should be different.

It's heavily focused on family/divorce courts from the proceedings to the conclusions/judgements. Every episode has legalities behind each cases, and some cases go on for a few episodes, with the main attorney's lives in between. It's a mature romance that buds over time, which doesn't over power the law drama aspect to the series. There were dubbed voices, but for Luo Li and Hai Dong, and some others, I felt like it was reallllly natural. That's a first for a Chinese drama for me. Hope that helps!

Looooove this series so far. I hope it stays refreshing until the end (even with the frustrations and sorrow along the way since it's melo). Btw... most sites have it listed at 40 episodes. Could someone (in admin here) double check into that and change it to 40? Thanks! I know some people mentioned it here already...

I like how this series isn't falling under predictable cliches. I thought episode 8's climax of Ji An's attacker hurting her would have made Lee Hyeon into that predictable male lead that gets angry with a vengeance against her attacker (although he rushes in to check her safety). I was surprised (and happy) he acted professionally/composed in front of her when he sees her hurt, yet still worries for her by making sure VERBALLY if she's okay. Not the over-dramatic, run into her arms, and apologize for not protecting her scenario. Then at the hospital when he told her if she's alright, then they should leave. Lol I'm liking that they're still adorable together, but still treat each other like human beings that need space. Surely, I'm sure it'll get more intense, so I look forward to their chemistry, but I'm happy they aren't relying on drama stereotypes to keep us (me at least) invested in their relationship.

Title Hello Monster Spoiler
Jun Ho (the pathologist) and Seon Ho (creepy but cute smiley lawyer guy) are by the far the more obvious suspicious characters. Given Jun Ho's age bracket, he would logically be closer to age with the antagonist/murderer, Jun Yeong in the 'present' time in the series. I'm not entirely convinced that Seon Ho is Min, Lee Hyun's younger brother, but, who knows at this point. That would be too coincidental. It makes me feel like there's something predictable about these shady characters, but there could be some more unique twists in store. It's been great to see Lee Hyun's character development/history, and I'm excited to see what will unfold in terms of his lost memories and the mystery behind his father's death and younger brother's dissapearance. I'm hoping that Ji An gets more attention, seeing as she is the female protagonist of the show. I think there's more depth/richness behind her actions then just the girl who stalked a guy for 20 years (though as unsettling as it sounds), especially since she has kept her distance and keeps lots of secrets hidden. Is it more complicated or is it simplistic? I have so many questions lol it seems to be unfolding bit by bit, and I hope that they give us more insight into her character like they have been doing with Lee Hyun. But overall, it's definitely intriguing so far.

Finally! A role for Lee Shi Young where she can show off her athleticism. She looks super badass here. Waiting for a few episodes to release to watch. I'm totally watching this for her performance as a detective.

I'm a little confused about Hae Shil age. It's been 30 years since her husband death. Let's say she got married…
Hae Shil and her Black Pearl are the best ☺so I'll keep watching the series for them as well as Poong San. You're welcome!! Lol that's great. I'm hoping that I'll end up enjoying the series completely when I pick it up again. I really admire the Hong Sister's writing so I'll keep watching. ☺

I'm a little confused about Hae Shil age. It's been 30 years since her husband death. Let's say she got married…
Hae Shil was "born" in 1967 on the show. When the Boss was looking up information about the divers in town, it was under her name. I guess that's my keen observation there. She married when she was 18, and her husband died two years later. So it would have been 1987 when she remained in Jeju by herself. From 1987 to present time, it's 28 years. So about 30 years she's been in Jeju after her husband passed. She's supposed to be 48. I hope that clears it up a bit? I'm waiting to marathon the show because I'm a bit annoyed by a few things but after 7 episodes, Hae Shil is my favourite character, so I remembered her back story. Glad you're enjoying the drama!

I am a fan of the Hong Sisters, and I have to sadly admit I'm not smitten with this series. I'm enjoying the romantic subplots like the President and the Lady Diver a lot, even Poong San is charming, but I'm not entirely impressed with the story line. Sure the main leads are quite adorable sometimes but... I think The Master's Sun set the bar for me in terms of writing for the Hong Sisters (well that and The Greatest Love, even You're Beautiful). I expected their script writing, at the very least, to be more (stronger in) the quick wittiness in terms of subverting cliches, bringing in metaphors and puns, which is Hong Sister territory. Which I think they are doing in terms of a larger picture here, but it's not sitting well with me, maybe I need a few more episodes to make a more rounded opinion. I'm hoping that it'll get better, since I'm a little disappointed. I'm hoping there's more imagination ahead and that the Hong sisters stray away from predictable drama tropes, which I can sense in the main leads past in terms of their parents.

Oh why! Only 12 episode?
TVN has done this before, and usually it's because of the low ratings (in South Korea). I really love TVN's weekend/weekday dramas since there's no plot holes and great story telling. Needless to say, I'm a fan of their broadcasting station. In comparison to other larger networks, TVN is still growing, and it doesn't have handfuls of dramas (n terms of its history) like MBC, KBS, and SBS. It's a shame since this has been such a great drama. I hope they keep the quality of writing up even if it was reduced to 12.

I was expecting Ji Sung to take home a Baeksang for best actor and it went to another actor whose performance was perhaps good but Ji Sang was pure amazing here. Creating 7 personalities the way he did. I'm dissapointed with the results. Even more so that Heard it Through the Grapevine took best drama, and I'm actually surprised and angered by that Kill Me Heal Me didn't get any recognition this year at Baeksang. It had such a loving, yet tragic and genuine story. Oh the horror, the horror!

Title The Girl Who Sees Scents Spoiler
The writers should have incorporated Cho Rim's seeing scents ability right until the end more strongly and vibrantly. It lost its fire along the way, and it diverted from one of the main aspects of the story and I found they only used her ability as a token later in the series because Cho Rim hadn't used it in a while. I might be too critical of that part, but I really enjoyed seeing the creativity behind what different smells looked like. Perhaps that's only my feeling. It was present, but I did hope it was used more cleverly with plot events later in time. To be honest, the fact that they got married at the end kind of made me feel like that was a cop out ending. Being a writer myself, I would have ended the series with them both on Jeju Island, promising that they would be together no matter the tough times (as corny as that would be), and maybe he would have given her a promise ring. It just didn't sit well with me. I enjoyed the series, but since I've been watching dramas for a long while now, I have certain expectations for dramas, especially when it started out smoothly and with action and humour. I think it did really well for half the series, then it just became meh. Even the chicken pecking kissing at the end was so awkward and passionless. Little things that have bothered me, needless to say, I just wished for oh so many different things about this one. Even at the ending when these 3 horrible excuses for cops were bothering two people when they were trying to go on vacation. It wasn't even funny at that point. The OST was very sweet at times though, so I appreciated that the very least!

Title Ex-Girlfriend Club Spoiler
I find it rather odd that Soo Jin and Myeong Soo just randomly cut off contact with one another after being 'together' (however they both were defining their relationship) for an entire year and then lost touch for three years. I appreciated the fact that during episode 5, there was a little more emotional depth, at least for Myeong Soo, in that his feelings for Soo Jin could have been something special in the past. But, it's precisely BECAUSE he thought she didn't want more in their relationship? (or was it his own doing for a certain reason?), and then he magically disappeared. I really hope this doesn't turn into a plot hole, I'm just speculating, since I'm assuming they didn't drift a part naturally, since Soo Jin was excited to meet him in the first episode. I swear to the Drama Gods, if they both misunderstood one anothers intentions, I'll have a major face palm moment.

On a side note, I find it quite bittersweet that these 4 women are forming a bond. I mean, considering a part from Soo Jin, the 3 other women look like they live pretty lonely lives (and I don't mean that negatively!). It's just that every time they interact as enemies/rivals towards one another at points, they still manage to spend time together, even if Myeong Soo has had bonds with them, they're creating their own connections. Don't get me wrong, I'm totally waiting for Myeong Soo to wake up and realize that he's actually liked Soo Jin for a very long time, and now's the time to hold onto her, and that Soo Jin returns his feelings. I wish Soo Jin wouldn't be belittled by Myeong Soo's ex-girlfriend's anymore (some of them more then others). Other than that, I'm enjoying this series so far. Lastly, Ji Ah seriously needs to stop interfering with Soo Jin and Myeong Soo though. I feel like despite the fact that she acts like a jerk sometimes, she seems like a good person. I could be reading her wrong, I guess only time will tell. I'm not hoping all these women end up being 'bestie's' but I hope they understand that even at times people need their space. Like that ending in episode 6, I was disappointed by the 3 ex's meddling with Soo Jin's life like that when she's done nothing but try and keep this film going.

Those are the worse cops I've ever seen. So they sit around while he has one of their own instead of searching…
That was too "coincidental" though. I mean, even I thought that would have been a matter of "logic" (and perhaps not obvious to everyone since Cho Rim knows the limits of her abilities, and it's not like she'd spend her time trying to figure out something to combat the rain problem), I wouldn't have just stopped to rest. If they searched for 2 minutes, they could have found that place. Yet again, even taking a brief moment to cool their heads seems logical (it was before 4pm). In that dire situation it seemed to be the best decision seeing as Moo Gak did see that 6 year old in the restaurant. I was frustrated too, that was an intense episode.
