OMG, MORE RUROUNI KENSHIN??????????????? I'M SOOOOOOOO READY, GIVE IT TO ME!!!!!!!!!!! KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~~~~~~~~~~~
Ahem, seems like they know what they're doing - we got the same awesome cast and from trailer looks just as fantastic as the trilogy *smiling like a fool here and being beyond excited*
I think this might be a rare moment where both lead actors actually play characters with the same age (or close enough) as their real age; especially with an age gap. Cool, me like it! :D
I just hope this role for Ji Chang Wook will not be a boring one. And same goes for Kim Yoo Jung. Both are talented.
OMG!!!!! Jang Ki Yong AND Lee Soo Hyuk??????????? I LOVE them BOTH! I'm so gonna mark the calendar for the drama! I just hope they don't mess it up and deliver!
Also, yeah, the moment I read the summary I was like - they're gonna cast JKY as the killer aren't they? They did. Sigh. But I can see why they do it, he makes such a charismatic one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thou I do hope he gets to widen his character in future dramas 'cuz he definitely has the talent to portray varied characters.
Asking me to pick a team with these two...impossible, I love them both equally. Can't pick a team...zomg, this drama is gonna break my heart for sure. I'm not one to get SLS, but with these two it's guaranteed.
As for Cheese in the Trap - I get why people think the ML was kinda crazy, but it always surprises me that majority of people seem to think that the SML was ok...when he wasn't really all that better than the ML O.o Dude had issues as well, he was in no way the typical oh so sweet & kind SML. Also...shipping otp just 'cuz of looks? Is that for real?
Whaaaat? Moon Embracing the Sun has a musical???? *clicks on the link* *comes back after watching it* Ok, musicals have never quite been my thing, very few of them ever I find to my liking, but here I was super excited...until I watched the vid XD Maybe if they had sticked to the drama ost... I'll stay with my dramas XD
But nice article anyways, wouldn't have known METS was so popular at the time it even got a musical, thou no wonder :D
With some years of drama watching under my belt, so to say, I have managed to get/understand all this info bit by bit myself, so nothing new to me, but this article might me quite helpful to others, so - great job! The information is short and to the point and lets you know what is what. Nice :)
For me1. Lin shu-nirvana in fire2. Minglan- the story of minglan(but i love her also as xing er of princess agent)3.LuYi-under…
The Story of Minglan has so many great characters, but Minglan herself definitely shines there, love her character! A FL who won't take anyone's crap & fights back and does so brilliantly. Just finished re-watching (for n-th time) the drama yesterday. Ah, Jun Shan Xue...that was also a truly brilliant character.
Honestly, anti-hero's are my favourite type of characters. They seem way more realistic 'cuz no person is truly good/bad, we all have shades of everything. And most importantly, they're nott afraid to kill if need be, but still retain to fight for the good overall. Also, a good villain aka one who is intriguing and you can even sort of understand and almost want to root for at times is also a character type I love. We don't have many of either, but when we do have them, it's awesome, because usually they're brilliant, so it's really no wonder we love 'em :D
Also, yeah so sad to see Ji Chang Wook being typecast when it's obvious he has the talent to portray way more versatile roles, and even more sadly, he's not the only one of his generation who's plagued with typecasting. Well, many actors in each generation get stuck with it, but seems his generation has more than the usual share. Sigh.
Anyways, nice article! Heh, these guys are all men (duh), but would be interesting what are your top 5 for women, if you had to pick ;D
*Am watching: My Roommate is a Detective, Love of Thousand Years, Novoland, Fairyland Lovers *Have on my radar: Winter Begonia, Candle in the Tomb: The Lost Caverns, The Love Lasts Two Minds *Have seen: Eternal Love of Dream
I'd say - a good article! Didn't know of the others, but now will look into them ;D And already know that I'm definitely gonna check out Skate Into Love - it's got skating! I love figure-skating (thou seems this won't really have it that much) and a fan of hockey too...yup, I'm thinking this will work out just fine :D Thanx for the article :)
Do you have any announcement or it's just a guess? I rly want see Park Min Young C-Dramas ^_^
I don't think there are any official announcements yet, but AvenueX, Asian Drama News and some others have mentioned it on YT, that there starts to be some light being shined on these dramas, so I'm being hopeful Edit: just found out that one drama (titled Autumn Cicada) did get green light and will soon start airing and that one had been on the shelf for years as well...so, yeah, I'm hopeful :D
#1 ummm...they really should've given the ML a different hairstyle...one that hides his ears or smt...'cuz they're kinda distracting...like...huge... #2 sigh, the production looks really good, not to mention awesome cgi...but the main leads...I've got nothing against young actors, there are many great ones, but these two...are not. At least what I've seen so far. They really should've picked ones who are good. Eh. #3 I'll probably just skip-watch it once it's done
