And not this drama only. It’s a wider problem as I said before. The most hatred is fling towards song hye Kyo and im Soo jung. And dramas with much older heroes get a green card and get massively promoted. It’s simply horrible. I have never encountered such a toxic web space in my life before. But the biggest problem is that the moderators don’t even respond.

MDL is hopeless since the people who dislike will keep posting and watching every episode. And the new viewers will keep getting dissuaded. It’s a vicious cycle. Only thing is not every person who enjoys Korea dramas visits this drama website. But MDL viewers cancel dramas and this is not the first drama they have done to. Which is why I think it needs moderating. I wrote to a few moderators but they did not bother to reply. In the meanwhile it’s a very toxic webspace

Is it not. It keeps getting better. I wish it was more popular. But people are more swayed by negative comments here on MDL than by positive comments

And the acting as well. I feel all of the actors are doing a phenomenal job. It’s visible from the off camera chemistry of the quartet. Honestly both SK and Yura have also surprised me. No one talks about Yura here. But she is great. She is so glamorous looking that it would have been easy for her to be the tropey babe but she is understated and her scenes are great. And HJK is great. I wish this drama received more love

I honestly have never liked a drama so much recently. After run of the mill Disney dramas (like beloved summer) this is such a huge change. Last time I loved a drama was one spring night. Which again had a very mature relationship. Now if these guys cover climate change and ecological damage (something I am personally passionate about) this will be it for me 😊. I actually want this drama to impart a social message about the world we live in and how much damage is happening with melting icebergs etc. I wish they go there

They really are the sweetest couple. Same weird interests, Good physical connection and now slowly solidifying emotional connection. I really don’t understand how else do real life relations start.

To be honest I was not trying to be rude either. I am an avid book reader more than I am a drama watcher and love reading 1000 page fantasy books such as burning god, Dune, throne of glass and way of kings. My point is I have a rule I will DNF a book at 300 pages if I don’t like it even if I have paid for the said book. I have found that negative feelings (disliking a book) stays longer in my head and it’s not worth my time. I am coming from that place. I have read your comments and they offer your point of view. Thus based on my subjective inference of your comments it seems with each episode you seem to like it less and hence my suggestion. Please do view it as a genuine and non negative point of view from me

I want to watch Vikings since it’s them against the tyranny of the British (what I understood). As a south Asian which was brutally ruled by the British for over 200 years this is on my watchlist. It’s a good show too I think

I agree that he is good. But unfortunately like other countries the lead is also chosen for commercial reasons… the production houses are commercial vehicles after all. will the lead draw buzz will people love it or love to hate it… it seems SK fits the bill since this drama has attracted a lot of attention good and bad. 😊 maybe this drama might increase visibility for Yoon Park. A similar thing happened with nam goong min. He was a creepy villain in remember and people loved him so much that he has had only lead roles since then 😊😊😊

At this point I am wondering why you even watch. You have not liked this since first episode 😀😀😀 and you seem to not like a single moment and that’s almost 8 hours gone down the drain. you can try Vikings Valhalla or anything else which is topping Netflix charts now 😀

Exactly. And the highest rating dramas are sometimes so awful. If you want a good assessment you can check out ratings from Koalaplayground. Sometimes they have a good rating system

I don’t care about personal lives either. It spoils stuff. On example is a book called mists of Avalon written about King Arthur and Morgan and this book is a cult classic. Recently several bad stuff came out about the author. Am I supposed to keep cancelling authors. It’s tiring. It’s likewise with dramas. It’s crazy how people behave and want to keep meddling in private lives. About the cold shoulder thing they were a bit scared I think initially but now since the drama is well received they are a bit more free in new interviews

Wow I loved today’s episode. The themes in this drama, issues with housing, problems with long distance relationships, establishing boundaries between couples it had it all. As someone in thirties who has gone through this or has someone going through this this drama is so healing. This episode put a smile on my face since I felt like this drama saw “me, an everyday person trying to live when life is so not the same with Covid etc” 😊

International fans are aLso liking it since it’s trending well on Netflix

I will watch only if the diagnosis is real. I love stories like little women where they pass since they get very poignant and beautiful. Sometimes tragic comedy is what I desire.
