I'm still not sure about the WWY killing everyone situation but the reason she stabbed the master is because she wanted to get out of the illusion and the master is the stone so she probably thought killing him would end the illusion.

There's a catch though. The people in the illusion are experiencing it from a third person POV so CW and LWY cannot be MM and DZ respectively. Either or both of them have to be someone else present in the illusion.

I'd assume he didn't unless he kept track of all the things that they did in those 50 years. Just because he CAN see everything doesn't mean he DOES see everything or else he'd lose his mind 😭. My guess is he has a personal filter and only sees things when he's looking out for them or if something happens that would impact the greater world.

Short answer, no. The exact manner of power transfer is not really clarified so I'm not sure how exactly and how much they different but the bond is different. Also the Dragon Deity gave the four demons his power and later received each of their own powers in return so there was an exchange.
