NHK seem to often sub shorter dramas themselves and get them shown on premium satellite/cable channels for Japanese content. This one is now available on demand outside Japan with the subtitles on Prime Video, which has better video quality than YouTube or dailymotion: https://www.primevideo.com/detail/Thus-Spoke-Kishibe-Rohan/0FA5M8OU0986QDA5K2NYY4O2ZV
If you can get it on Prime Video, don't download torrents because they don't support the staff, cast or subtitlers of the drama in any way. They wouldn't even be able to tell that you've watched it and that it's popular at all where you are.
Is this movie out yet? 2 of my favorite veteran male leads. Would love to watch it.
It’s been out both in cinemas and online in the UK, where I am, from 4 November, distributed by Altitude: https://www.altitude.film/hunt-1
Remarkably, it was only released in Northern America later, on 2 December, by Magnolia, in a similar simultaneous cinema and online release: http://www.magnetreleasing.com/hunt/
Could someone tell me if it has any inappropriate scenes? Such as kissing or sexual scenesI'm planning on watching…
For future reference, if something has had a UK cinema release or has one coming very soon, it will have been rated by the BBFC and, therefore, will have a detailed description of potentially problematic aspects if you find the movie’s page on the BBFC’s site – that for “Hunt” is at https://www.bbfc.co.uk/release/hunt-q29sbgvjdglvbjpwwc0xmda3odgx and press on “Ratings info”.
It is out in cinemas and online legally in the UK and Ireland – https://www.altitude.film/hunt-1 has links to cinemas and video services there – and if it’s out somewhere Korean movies are released in cinemas as rarely as they are there, it will be out or coming soon in many other regions, too. Watch it either of those ways if you like Lee Jung Jae and Korean cinema in general, as it supports Korean media being made and subtitled and shown in cinemas, which is what theatrical movies like this are meant for.
It hasn't ended yet. There's at least one more season to come. People who have read the novel could tell you how that ends, though that's not essentially exactly how the drama will.
It has now been remastered in HD, and Arbelos Films are distributing it in cinemas in Northern America starting December 2022. Hopefully more locations than the two there at the time of writing this will be added to the list at http://arbelosfilms.com/films/2duo/
It will, presumably, have a home release from Arbelos in the same region in 2023. And, hopefully, some screenings and releases in other countries.
After premiering in the UK at the Queer East festival in May, this is currently playing in cinemas around the UK in this year's Queer East tour: https://queereast.org.uk/film/metamorphosis/

The YouTube upload must have been unofficial. I'm sure something with a Wix URL must also not be official.

It requires a subscription, but those do have a free trial period.
No English subtitles; we’re not that lucky. One can get a vague idea what’s happening with auto-translation.
https://www.screendaily.com/news/cannes-thriller-hunt-from-squid-game-star-lee-jung-jae-sold-to-over-200-territories-exclusive/5172833.article mentions the distributors that have licensed it for some other countries. But, as it’s been sold so widely, I expect there are other European countries than just those mentioned that it’s been licensed for. I’d try searching for lists of current and upcoming cinema releases and see if it’s in there (if the title is different, you might be able to recognise it from the names of the director or cast) and also if there are any festivals near enough that it might play at. https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/727340/watch might be able to show if it’s already available online in a country.
