when is this coming out?
https://namu.wiki/w/๋น„์ƒ์„ ์–ธ lists release dates for several countries; there could be more not mentioned there which can be found out by searching and more still to be announced. I'm afraid I can't be more specific without knowing the region being referred to, as release dates of movies differ between them.

itโ€™s still on cinemas
https://namu.wiki/w/๋น„์ƒ์„ ์–ธ lists some of the countries it has national cinema releases in; one might be able to find out about more my searching in the local language of the country. It's likely to also be playing in festivals in countries it isn't already out nationally in. It was in Cannes Film Festival, so that helps a lot with especially Western distribution.

This was released with English subtitles in cinemas in the UK on 16 September according to the UK trailer at https://youtu.be/AEe7_BFcDPM

I can't find a page with locations on the distributor's site, but one can find them using Flicks, IMDb, Google or (most reliable but takes longer) searching for it on cinemas' websites.

There are release dates and locations in several other countries in the image at https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02SzfZ9rJ3BKzSbKb1MPTDkbYHWq3NGs29x3FbuaNUhqbmukqEgRNEBnZtDp33MbUFl&id=100070280771450

Where are you guys watching this?
It's already out nationally in cinemas with English subtitles in various Southeast Asian countries and Northern America, so an unusual amount of English-speakers have already seen it in a cinema. It's also been appearing at festivals in other countries and https://namu.wiki/w/%EC%99%B8%EA%B3%84%2B%EC%9D%B8%201%EB%B6%80 lists some in which it has a national cinema release dated.

It's playing in cinemas around East Asia and Northern America, with national release dates in several other countries already set, and it's appearing in festivals around the world. I can't be more specific without knowing where someone is.

Where can I watch it with English subtitles?
As of now, in cinemas in East Asia and Northern America and in festivals around the world. I don't know of a national release in South Asia, but Impact Films have been licensing a lot of Korean and Japanese live-action movies recently, so are maybe worth following in case they pick up this one later:

Fukada Koji features have tended to get cinema releases in US/CA by Film Movement https://www.filmmovement.com/search?q=fukada+koji even when they didn't win prizes at the festivals they premiered at, so I presume they'll be doing one for this.

Impact Films have already announced they've licensed it for the Indian subcontinent: https://www.impactfilms.co.in/up-coming/

I'm not confident about it playing UK/IE outside festivals, though. I think the only cinema release of one of his here was "Harmonium" from Eureka, due to that winning the Jury Prize for Un Certain Regard in Cannes. "A Girl Missing" is on MUBI; the others don't even have that, so you'd have to import discs or use a VPN. I'm not confident it being based on a song by the performer of the voice of Ponyo's sisters will make a difference to its chances.

can you give link to that?
I know it will be out very soon in cinemas in Northern America (14 October) with English subs, also in 4K and Dolby Atmos when the cinema can do either. As it's a MUBI release it might be online on MUBI around just two months later. https://mubi.com/films/decision-to-leave will have info on both.

In any case, the writer/director went to Korea for a Korean cast and to film there, so it was probably why SoKor…
You are mistaken about the funding and production: according to https://cdn-media.festival-cannes.com/film_film/0002/75/4d708c400005d5b0938d25a40979ec2965b4bb63.pdf it's a Zip Cinema production presented by CJ ENM. So it's 100% South Korean in terms of funding and production, though the writer/director and some other staff are Japanese.

So it shouldn't be considered a co-production; https://www.festival-cannes.com/en/festival/films/broker counts it as just South Korean, too. People can find out what nationality the writer and director is when they click through to his profile, if they weren't already familiar with Kore-eda.

Where is it uploaded?
It will be available with English subtitles in many English-speaking countries and the most-recognised language in other countries, at least 171 in total according to https://www.cjenm.com/en/news/cj-enm-films-decision-to-leave-and-broker-achieve-impressive-global-presales-records-attesting-to-their-international-demand/ and distributors in many of them plan to release it in cinemas before online. Though it looks like they're generally waiting till late 2022 or early 2023 to release it to be close to the awards season, in which at least Song Kang-ho seems likely to get some nominations.

Where is it uploaded?
Impact Films https://www.impactfilms.co.in are releasing it in India, at least online and maybe in cinemas first. Their SNS accounts and newsletter are mostly about "Everything Everywhere All at Once" right now, but they do have stuff about "Broker" if one scrolls down enough.
