after today's episode I think i have finally joined LITC's (this drama) fandom! I wasn't really that interested in the beginning but everything just got so complicated and messy 🤭. I love drama and angst hehe

glad you like them too!! I hope they get more screen time together. Today they didn't have much interaction but they were there individually.

this is my experiance while watching the drama

the first 6 episodes made me almost drop the drama but I continued for the leads.

6-8 were still kind of disappointing but I kinda got interesting in the princess and Yan Xiao's plot ( i love angst 🤭). Sadly they got very less screen time so this drama is kind of loosing me. The plot did get better though so I'll continue a bit more.

Hopefully it wont be too disappointing. You just need to fight through the first 8 or 9 episodes. My rating also went from 6.5 to 7 so thats a good sign i guess

I have mixed feelings about it. The first 6 episodes almost made me drop the drama but it got better after that. I'm mostly watching for the 2nd lead couple otherwise I would've stopped

agreed. and some of their styling also looks a little too much that it pulls me out of the story

The emperor was misled by the villains so after he realized that he had misjudged LCZ and the general (due to being manipulated) he didn't want to kill or hurt them anymore

he didn't become good he was just sad the brother he had been poisoning for all these years died. they didn't give any explanation for this but the director cut out A LOT of Li Chenzhou scenes so I'm guessing the explanation was in one of those scenes

Same! I actually cried when he found his sister's body. Well I was crying throughout the last two episodes so..... People thought he was too soft for a male lead but I really liked that they let him show his emotions.

40% people giving a low rating didn't like the first few episodes of the drama and dropped it because the assumed the drama was bad. 60% of the people are haters from other fandoms hating on Cheng yi

Quishui is way too emotional to be a psycho. he's too cute and sweet for that
