What was that ending…

This had better be a HEA for our leads. At last!

The ending was rather satisfying and I agree with some other users that they chose to stay in the mystical realm not because she was unwell (I’m 100% certain she got cured), but because they prefer the harmonious life there. I hope the Old Man will get his wish for a grandchild soon enough haha

I have finished watching this drama, being on Xu Kai drama binge watch like many others haha. I enjoyed it a lot, was very surprised how quickly the FL & ML got together in comparison to other dramas, but then got disappointed by the turn of events once they went back to the real world. However, they kept longing one for another, so I was hopeful that they would find their way to each other, and they did indeed!

I’ve finished watching it, as well as Arsenal Military Academy. Both ALP & AMA are really good. Started watching Dance of the Sky Empire with Xu Kai.

I can’t wait for “She and her perfect husband” with him and Yang Mi. It’s a modern drama and the trailer looks really good!

For people with ovarian issues (not just PCOS), the first few days of their menstruation can be really bad. In the past, when I had such issues, I once even vomited, I was in so much pain. Ibuprofen, paracetamol, etc none of these even help me anymore. I could only take much stronger naproxen or co-codomol (prescription only) to deal with it sometimes.

I still can get pretty bad cramps for the first day, and sometimes do turn rather pale from the pain. The drama didn’t exaggerate at all if you ask me.

P.S. For all the young girls out there, please sleep on time at night and have a healthy life style to avoid ovarian issues later on. Take it from somebody who didn’t follow that advice and struggled with these issues for many years.

I found her Tong Yao very on point with the character description in the novel. And her smiles were very versatile, from embarrassed, shy, apologetic, sarcastic, to happy and ecstatic ones. I actually liked her pouts, they do make you want to dote on her haha

Yeah, there are two triangles, but the ML is very outspoken in terms of the person he actually likes (the FL).

If I could give you a billion likes I would! This was so good!!! Ah how I wish they didn’t have censorship! Having watched this deleted scene, some of the dialogue (regarding the lost watch) later on in the series actually makes sense.

Okay, so we got many embraces and hand holding, but not even one lip kiss! Couldn’t they show at least one kiss?? After the crazy make out session in the Legends, we know for sure that kissing isn’t a problem for Bai Lu & Xu Kai /sigh

Really enjoyed this. Aside from the crazy antics of the ML & FL, their classmates are really entertaining to watch as well. I really liked how they actually allowed for the characters to develop and at the end of their journey they found friendship, understanding, loyalty, and devotion among many other important life values.

One thing did surprise me. Check the spoiler below to find out what it is.

And the colour scheme they used is very autumn-like if you know what I mean. Here’s to hoping we’re right about the timing! :)

The drama gives me October/November feels, so something’s telling me that if it’s been approved, mid-autumn is the likeliest time for them to broadcast it. Can’t wait!

The director knows his stuff then! I think when voiced by the actors themselves they are able to better express their feelings and ideas. Some dramas actually suffered because of rubbish dubbing.

Ah I don’t know tbh haha, I guess he does mainly go there but it could be because Happy Camp has a good viewership and its target market is so wide and varied.
