Dias and Rena also have base points for each other like Claude and Rena do? I would assume so but I don't really know. If so, is it set the same at 5 and 6

I gave Dias his faveourite food but was waiting to give him a book. If I wanted to play it now, my guess is I'd go ahead and give him a book and give Rena his friendship and romance books. If I give him food again, will that stack up with the previous one, or does giving food each time reset the points to 8?

Haha, I always do that XD When I see a performer I've seen in a bad role before, I"m like "WHAAT? YOU?" It's a good thing I mostly watch without anyone else present or they;d be like what the heck is going on. haha. I'm suspicious of that kind of character from the start because my expectations are set.

That may be the subject of the next Epistle :P A guy Rapunzel has potential too, although long hair on a man doesn't always look good unless it;s on an intense bishie like Dias or hotohori XD Yeah, let's lock Dias in a tower and let him wait for some "Epistleite" to come save him. :D Next I see a guy Snow White down the line and certainly a Sleeping Beauty Man (maybe that's better for Hotohori lol) and maybe even a Swan Prince XD. The Grand Finale could be an rpg like Star Ocean will ALL guy versions of the fairy tale characters so far, to match up guys with their "epistelite" saviour if players didn;t like "cannon" endings for the respective parts: mash up till you drop! XD

I hope you will be avble to say that he doeasn't turn lovesick. I like him in the beginning very much as well. Te actree Sol Hee also played in Cinderella sister, also a bad character. She seems to be made for those! For a chance in emergency couple her character was nice. But it was hard to get used to her playing a nice act all of a sudden

after all Claude was all jealous about Rena going after Dias and Rena did go after Dias not once but two or three times- in Marze, in Laceur and in the Lacuer Military Base. In turn, she followed Claude in Hilton for a night scene and earlier in Arla. All cinematiques feature only them both. It kinda makes sense. In the new otome game from Winterwolves I actually ship both leads, they are opposites who attract, but not in an rpg like this. Even in Lunar: Silver Star Harmony I wasn't excited much for the main pair. I was more into Jessie and Kyle.

Maybe they tried to make both characters equal. Even the intro sees them as equal and Dias seems to agree with at least several of Claude's judgments. You;d think they're brothers sometimes. Eh, game designer. Can't make up their minds. But maybe it's just difficult to reconcile.

Are you referring to the Ell landing by any chance? That's as far as I played. I was really sorry for Dias when Rena was all but hanging from Claude's neck -.- I got totally annoyed lol with that scene, rolled my eyes and just wanted to move it forward as fast as possible.

Why must he be forced to look at this spectacle? After all he did tell Rena that it would have been better if she really were his sister...Silly girl, can't you get a bloody hint? :P

Oh so in the two later scenes they actually thought things through. That actually makes me excited. I really don't understand then why not change the Ell landing too? Do you think that maybe it's to balance things out? As drama watchers we are, after all, used to the first female lead toying with both first and second lead until she changes mind XD That's it, our heroine, Rena, has oficially watched too many korean dramas wherever she may be now XD

Snowpiercer spounds like my kind of movie. Dystopian is not the same as sci-fi. There are older novels that could be described as dystopian without being sci-fi but it;s true that it has grown to be connected with post-apocalyptic setting in recent years.

If they are present in a game I never ever do them. I'm not comfortable with same gender routes at all. It just means that I have that many fewer endings to obtain :P so less work. But also less replayability. So I tend to avoid same gender games if I can. i don;t know why. It has nothing to do with my real life beliefs. I have many homosexual friends and I like them all. But when it comes to my own choices, I'd just feel very uncomfortable.

SolHee is quite the witch isn;t she. i get so annoyed with her that I want to skip most of her scenes. I hope the Prince will continue to be to your liking. I read comments on one of the sites somewhere that he grows too lovesick. Kim ro Ha is just too lovely :D

Sequel that forced cannonical ending?This sort of thing ruins my satisfaction with an ending to an extent. I sort of understand why and it's obvious that they are forcing Claude as the cannon throughout the game - it's almost embarassing to watch sometimes how they literally shove him onto Rena -.- I'd rather have a cannon ending with Dias but I suppose ending with Claude makes sense. Oh well I WILL get my Dias ending one day anyway. Claude can go explore galaxies in my version of the cannon :P As long as it feels "complete", I'll be fine. I probably won't ever play the sequel anyway. Poor Dias, I do like him better, if only because of his deep voice XD so I will just make him my cannonical ending :D though to me Noel would also make sense.

I don't really like GxG or BXB titles. >

I guess there is no good way of organising these guides. There is too much info. I'll try to work on one though as soon as I get my sad solo ending first haha. I always keep my own guides for harvest moon games. Sort of put everything into one files.

Do you also have problems remembering what you were up to if you leave the game for too long? This is always confusing so I have to make notes of what were my last steps in the game. For games, there is sure a ton of stuidying and writing-up involved haha.

It's cannon? oh, poor princess. She was the one who had lots of dignity. I sometimes wish Rena had as much dignity. She just enjoys giving everyone the wrong idea too much I think heh. Especially within the Dias-Claude triangle.

Oh. Yeah, I know there are books but I was wondering what they are really for. I mean what I knew what that they can increase character attirubutes without having to spend skill points on. I didn't realise they would work towards upping friendship points as well. To be honest even the relationship guides are a bit vague, or incomplete.

I'm not sure I understand how to get Rena to have higher love/friendship for X rather than to have X have higher love/friendship for Rena instead They really went all out with the systems here and the skillsets themselves.

LOL. I'm the same. I'm often impatient with levelling because I just want to get on with the story badly XD
You know if you ever feel like playing an indie rpg game of the sort that Star Ocean is, I recommend Everlong.

It's a BIIIIG game but you even get to romance two ladies as the main protagonist is Glen. It's less complex but there is still a ton of stuff to do and romance is straightforward because they are written into events. So you just need to pick an option when the dialogue choice pops up.

Can't remember the max value. One lady is at plus values one at negatives if I recall correctly, but one joins you much earlier than the other. The group consists of 12 playable characters and you get to level them rather evenly because there are paralle events where the group sdplits into two and you play BOTH. And it's a pretty good rpg maker game, very reminiscent of those good old classics. >

Not much. Dealing with Daughter Seoyong; other than that really nothing else.

That being said, how do you adjust points in the end? Do you mean there is a way to manually adjust the points after the storyline is nearing its end?

This is one of the best rpgs though. Comes close to Baldur's Gate (the part II has romance options too, and additionally expansions to make more romance options possible...I never finished that one either haha) and then Silver Star Story, which I liked for Jesse and Kyle mostly.

You know, the worst part is there is any sensible guide available anywhere. Like one that should have everything in order of doing. I missed recruitong some characters, like welch and Precis but they are needed for some of the Pa events -.-' so I got discouraged and never finished. Star Ocean needs to be studied throughly first before it can be played I guess :D

I guess next time I'll just have to start again. But there is so much level farming involved urgh. I like rpgs but farming levels in order to beat certain caves is very ardous indeed. And I always do that. I spend a lot of training in one level place until I am sure I can deal with the boss for the area, or even the monsters for the area. When I was doing Bowman's quest I spent at least two hours just power levelling -.- It's faster if you go to an area with higher level monsters, but harder in terms of avoiding getting killed haha. How is it possible for Celine to like Rhena so much she is getting married to a Prince..I hope :P I purposefully avoid doing
