besides, afer all the grinding and training (and this does appear to be the grinding type of a game) how does it make sense to have a playable character die in the end? I really don't like this. But again, the testimony of the game is that I didn't need to play it myself to get immersed and affected by it.

Well that's just a final thought for me. But one thing is for sure. If you thought Shinjiro would be to my liking, you were absolutely correct :D I love him. He's just the type so I'm really sad it ends a little poointlessly like this. he will have a shattered heart. it's one thing to tell to someone else "This is how it should be" and something else to experience it, especially when you;ve fallen so much in love. Or maybe not. maybe this is the kind of experience that will make him grow into an even better man and find someone precious to treasure.

It seems powerfully romantic but not fair. Isn't there a game which can have this kind of characters and happy ending? I guess I've been a little spoiled but really I just can't help this. Now I have a crush on lonesome and kind-hearted Shinjiro. Man I really loved watching their playthrough and that ending scene just broke my heart when I realised that she was dead. I"m joining save femMC for Shinjiro club haha :D It looks like a worthwile game indeed but the ending is depressing and hard-hitting. I just can't imagine shinjiro without her, to be honest. When she's forging the s.link with him, she opens his heart and that heart is to be shattered at the end? That scene at the end: all of his old edge/misery's gone, he's just a happy boyfriend.

Thank you for the recommendation though. if the game didn;t end the way it did..I wouldn't hesitate to buy it and devour it But there are moments like this that I am glad I spoil things for myself. At least I don;t get to be attached for nothing. Even though feelings are beautiful I just can;t help but feel sorry for Shinjiro, who apparently survives a serious gunshot and apparently only in the female version, - so he holds on to life only to lose what he held on to for the months he was in a coma? Not fair.

But the fact that I developed such a strong feeling for Shinjiro is a testimony to the game- I didn't even play it!

Come to think of it, I"m afraid to touch persona 3 now that I read that th mc dies. I don't like sacrifice stories where the main character is doomed to die, even if everything else is beautiful. I don't want to get attached to characters only to have them die on me at the end. And I heard that the death is cannon due to game sequels. Which pretty much sucks. So instead I went to watch playthrough videos and I can tell you, I love the feel of Shinjiro and main female but mst she die? Sheesh. Not touching it. But just viewing the videos made me really like Shinjiro, so that would be the person I;d go for if I hadn't been spoiled for a death ending. But from the looks of the final scene it looks as if she only fell asleep. This is rather irritating for me to be honest, especially when I know Id love the Shinjiro/MC vibe for sure. I;ve seen their scenes and even the extra scene which I guess was made pretty strong due to the fact that the female protagonist has to sacrifice herself but I am really bummed about it so I will not be buying it. But Shinjiro is the type, absolutely.

nope bit not really planning to. I don;t like Thai dramas. at all and am not interested in the full house story either but I"m glad you enjoyed it :) It's always something fresher too :)

Giant to jest typowy makjang. nie tyle chodzi w nim o biznes, co o porachunki z przeszloscia i zemeste za doznane krzywdy, ale jest w nimtez duzo tego elementu, fakt. :-) Ale przyzwoite tempo i duzo sie dzieje. Musialabym obejrzec na nowo zeby z pewnoscia stwierdic jak sie teraz do tej dramy odnosze. Kiedy ogladalam dostarczyla mi duzo emocji a i obsade lubie. W dodatku opowiada historie rodzenstewa, wiec to juz jest wybitnie dla mnie :) Moze Cie znudzic, czasami przyjmuja typowe zwroty akcji, jka np porwania bohaterki. i przeciwnik jest tak zly ze hej. W sensie : wcielone zlo :)

Lol. Don't worry about late replies, everyone gets tied up with real life :) See, I for instance, have "periods" where I literally EAT dramas. But there are periods when I watch zero. It depends how busy I am too. It's good to gve your eyes a well-deserved rest. Like you, my work involves working with computer for long periods of time as i write a lot but let's just say my work is currently not very regular in other words I don;t go or come back from an office. This makes things a little easier. If I had a regulr office job I think things would have to change drastically too :) Also you will notice that a lot of people hrere are in their teens so I imagine they have more time to indulge in drama pleasures heh.

But for some peple here MDL has become an extension of reality in a sense because we met and bonded with people who share interest in asian world. and really I for once "met" people who really share my point of view or are otherwise willing to discuss with it me opely. I don;t get to meet many such people.

Oh I have a few titles in mind if you'd like to try but do you have a genre preference? If you don't, then perhaps Monster could pull you in. It;s a pretty unusual story for anime in terms of scope and the way it's told.

Actually that seems plausible, I haven't thought of that before. Bugs and other monsters are known to plague game developers too. Well I ranted about everywhere I could at this point; there's no helping it unless they decide to remake it one day. They release 100 versions of final fantasy....it's this company isn't it? So who knows. They should do market research on the many otome blogs that are out there.

Right, then I better get down to writing it now while I still have butterflies in my stomach just thinking about it :P I just may actually post it on my own tumblr when done. I have several other fics started but they are longer term projects. A scene shouldn;t take more than a week to write so this seems like a very likely completed project.
