Well, you know, there ARE four of them. Each of them can develop a romance of their own in this version. There will be betrayals, gangster fights, perhaps some of the buisness elements eill be extended, the fathermother storyline can be extended, pregnancies, marriage, divorce, accident, possible death of a character for drama's sake, let's not forget bullying at school and a prolonged side story with that girl who had a crush on the main lead in either HYD or BBF....all that should take a good while to develop, in between they will likely add some cute moments to prolong it even more and kill some of the melodrama. It's perfectly possible to artificially extend the series in ways only American scriptwriters can think of.

It's definitely one of my all time favourite japanese family dramas and my favourite for this year out of the ones I have had any interest in seeing so far. I am unlikely to change my mind no matter what other drama I may yet see from this year. It was very well executed on all counts.....Hanzawa Naoki is another winner for this year for me as well, mostly because of the excellent supporting cast- Teryuki Kagawa has a very powerful screen presence. Masaaki is very fitting for playing larger than life characters and his character ends up being very endearing.

It's pretty good. The character is interesting, there is a good female character anf you get a lot of comedy and insighti into making dramas. The ending is a bit controversial to some but I really liked how it was handled. Kim Myung Min is an excellent actor and I thought King of Dramas was one of the more enjoyable korean dramas of recent years. It's worth a look, it's part drama, part comedy and some romance thrown into as well. The pace is quite fast.

yes. I really liked King of Dramas, it ends up being one of my top favourite korean dramas, I really liked the main character as well as the comedy part with Siwon. It was a refreshing take on dramas. Did you enjoy it? Have you seen it?

Did you like orange days? I haven;t seen Dokushin but I heart it;s a tribute to classic movies/ feels a bit like sabrina 1954 and morever it's also kind of similar to King of Dramas, it sounds really fun.

and Ryoma Den is definitely a very good taiga. I enjoy every minute of it as the cast is excellent and the story very well put together so it flows. Plus the character is very interesting. It's worth the watch.

It's a lovely story a romantic comedy about a shy guy. I"m also looking into the newest drama called dokushin Kizoku, which sounds a bit like King of Dramas and I think it;s worth it. Have you seen Orange Days? I think I hard it;s very nice too.

haha. well that's precisely one of the things I'm constantly getting weary of and battling with. The story is compromised in such circumstances. Up to the ending you liked the story then?

I AM sorry if I souned arrogant. I sometimes get a little opinionated, and I do tend to jump to conclusions, especially in melos, where the storyline is usually obvious. I tend to be very headstrong sometimes, I'm afraid, though I do try to be fair as I do like complex psychological character. Hmm maybe my aporoach was just all wrong, but the story is set up in this way, maybe I just got tricked by it.

I do hear many good things about Reply. I also want to see Kim Min Jong in his cameo appeareance there. I am also curious at the entire playful guessing game as to who the husband is so I"ll be sure to watch it soon when I finish with Ryoma Den. I hope it will be najoyable for you until the every end.

yeah. I can understand that but a lot of the dramas are mostly about the otp and people having second lead syndrome BECAUSE of idols...sometimes drama creators end u changing storyline because of that, too. Oh, did you have a meet up in your country?

Anyway, it seems that I've been beating myself over nothing...I tend to do that a lot when I think I've done something wrong..It's a personal quirk you could say, one that is very limiting.
