I’m wondering how long the new dubbing and translations will take. This must be for footage that already exists and they had decided not to use it until now. I’m pretty upset and unhappy that the wonderful people who put this show together are now being told to compromise their vision and make changes. I doubt these changes are anything I would want and I hope someday we’ll get the director’s cut version so we can see what we missed.

Why isn’t this the place? I’m watching both and there is a striking similarity between the two main relationships. This should be discussed, and where else if not here? Why are you the judge and jury of what can and cannot be posted?
I see similarities between RL and ABO Desire, especially the main relationships. With the caveat that there are only three episodes of Desire available vs ten episodes of RL, maybe the comparisons are premature. However, I like RL a LOT more and it has nothing to do with the Omegaverse in Desire. I like the comedy and pacing of RL. Desire has beautiful settings but it feels empty, devoid of real life or passion. The chemistry in RL is off the charts and it was there from their first meeting at the vendor stall. I’m not feeling it with Desire and they’ve met several times and even kissed. Playing basketball vs. baking cookies. (Okay, I’m more partial to the cookies so 1 point to Desire!) In RL, CC knows he’s being targeted but he can’t figure out why. Mr. Sheng in Desire seems to have no idea and his growing involvement seems to be too easy. I’m just waiting to see how it all plays out. I’m sad that RL is being postponed and I really hope we get to see every episode of both shows!
Cue loud sobbing noises over here. I hope it’s not “postponed” indefinitely! Maybe “Desire” will take some of the heat off this show and its actors. I’m sad, because RL was definitely brightening up my summer. It was so nice to have two episodes to look forward to every week.
I guess we’re in “wait and see” mode. I’m going to watch some old favorites this weekend to try to take my mind off everything. Time will tell and we should all do our best not to stress out in the meantime (easier said than done, I know!).

Am I the only one who found Chi Cheng kicking the chair back at the beginning of THAT scene in ep. 10 ridiculously hot? These little details are what put this series a cut above so many others.
I love this series with my whole heart - but I’m a little annoyed by the turn it has taken. I winced when CC threatened JXS, but what made me roll my eyes the most is that WSW can’t just open his mouth and tell CC that he’s scared. CC is so soft where WSW is concerned; I can’t imagine his reaction would be, “So what?” I truly loathe miscommunications that could be cleared up with a 10-minute conversation. They have gotten so close and vulnerable with each other emotionally; why can’t they talk honestly about it?

I understand how you feel. That part made me wince. No, I don’t think he’d reallly do that. It’s just a threat so that WSS will finally give in to CC - but why use that method?! It’s not reflecting well on CC’s character or the lack thereof.

I know we’d avoid a lot of drama (and why are we here if not for the drama!), but miscommunication or misunderstandings that could be cleared up in no time if the characters would just talk to each other really irritate me.
