Maybe you don't need to distinguish them morally, its not black and white, good and evil, they are both humans with complex natures. If her actions are justifiable or not, I think it depends on the situation, and whether she was harmed first/the other person had ill intentions first, and if it was taken too far for that specific issue. Personally, I think A Chou is better in this sense.

Her methods have always been similar to an extent, she hit her arm against the rock just like Wei Rao who cut her hand. They are not that different when it comes to dealing with rivals/enemies and surviving.
