I love that lmao. As an aspiring writer I would love to write my own fantasy soulmate novel so I take a lot of inspiration from dramas like this. Honestly, I think they’ve set the whole storyline up very well and it’s definitely helped me grow attached to the various characters. La Pluie is really well developed and I’m hoping they carry this on to the ending, I’m already so impatient for the final episode.

The company, Happy Boy Day, who were supposed to produce this haven’t updated any of their social media in over 3 years. Also several actors who were originally part of this project have joined proper agencies now (Santa and Art joined WabiSabi, Nunew joined Domundi, Book joined GMMTV, Scott will be in Heart By Heart the series, Suar is part of La Pluie the series, Act has taken on a few smaller roles and I have no clue what Rojer and Prin are doing.) Yep exactly, it always feels like when a series doesn’t go the exact way other people want, all anyone does is complain about the small details instead of focusing on the bigger picture. Although I do agree with some comments saying the past 2 episodes have been kind of like filler episodes, I’m pretty sure that was the point anyway. As I said before, it seems like they are laying the groundwork for the angst to come with Lomfon, so I don’t understand why that’s such a bad thing. I’m glad to see not everyone is hating on the plot, this series has been amazing so far and I’m really hoping that we’ll get to see more soulmate dramas after this, considering that it’s one of my favourite troupes.

Honestly, I remember when this series just finished I literally had people telling me to unalive myself because I said I was confused why the people rating the series a 1/10 had given the series a 10/10 when the first few episodes had aired and expressed how weird it was to hate a series for its ending when almost everyone loved the beginning when it was still airing. The comments absolutely ripped me apart lmao, I definitely think 2gether is overrated in the Youtube comment section and overhated in the mdl comment section.

Yay, I’m glad you are liking it! That’s why I always recommend ignoring reviews from mdl unless they are all super positive. People tend to be pretty negative in mdl comments, so just because a series has a low rating, doesn’t mean the series will be bad. So if a series has a very good rating it’s got to be amazing lmao. Some of my all time favourite series have some of the worst reviews and ratings I’ve ever seen on mdl, so don’t take ratings too seriously.

To be fair there is a difference between like and love. Tien probably recognises he likes Lomfon deep down, but it’s far too early for it to be called love at this moment, especially with the realisation that Lomfon likes Saengtai who is his older brother. At least that’s how I think they are going with this.

Before saying anything I want to be clear that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I'm not going to force anyone to agree with me. That being said, I cannot understand the negativity the past few episodes have gotten. I thought this episode was great, the whole backstory between Tai and Phat was adorable and I feel like it's filled in a lot of the gaps in the plot in preparation for the angst next episode. I can't express how much I'm loving this series so the negativity is really disappointing to read. The plot is great and am I the only one now shipping Nara and Dream? I may be delusional at the best of times, but you cannot convince me they weren't at least hinting on something between them there. I completely disagree with everyone stating the series has gone downhill, for me it's only gotten better. I think everyone has that series they love and will defend against any haters, for me this is that series, I will constantly be defending this one as being one of my favourite currently airing series so far. Great job with this episode, and I genuinely cannot wait for next week. I will eagerly be anticipating the angst to come.

Honestly, I’d recommend watching the first few episodes and seeing what you think of it. Bear in mind this is supposed to be a slow burn romance, so if you don’t like romance with a slow pacing you probably won’t like this. Personally mydramalist comments tend to be pretty negative anyway so I would suggest ignoring the reviews and, if you like the sound of the plot, give it a go and see if you like it. Honestly, I’m loving this series so far and it’s the highlight of my Tuesdays lmao. I would definitely recommend it.

I’m sorry but “gay things” got me cracking up. I know what you mean and I definitely agree that would be cool if Max and Pisaeng got together for a short amount of time, but the way your comment was worded made me laugh😅😂

This episode got me tearing up. Honestly, Gawin did an incredible job with the character of Pisaeng, showing how scary it is as you struggle with your own identity and coming to terms with who you are. His portrayal of acceptance felt so realistic, I honestly think is is my favourite project from Gawin and I’m so excited for next weeks episode to see how Pisaeng handles his friendship with Kawee, and how Kawee changes (hopefully for the better) now that he has accepted Pisaengs offer of friendship.

I finally got around to catching up with this series, I watched episode 1 and loved it but took a bit of a break from Thai BL’s to make my way through some Korean Bl’s instead. I have to say, I never expected that I would enjoy this series but so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised by it. At first Gawin and Krist seemed like such a random pairing but they actually have great chemistry with each other and the series has great pacing with a great character depth. I really like Pearmai as a character, she seems so sweet and I loved what she said at the end of episode 4. Honestly, I can’t wait for tomorrow now, I’m hoping the rooftop scene we saw in the teaser for the next episode may be a confession scene.

Finally finished this series. I absolutely loved it, I just wish they didn’t do the whole “time skip meeting” thing where Palm ran away and they didn’t see each other for 3 months before meeting again. This is one of the things I hate when BL’s do, and was my main disappointment with this series. Other than that there were a few smaller things I wish they did differently but overall I really loved and enjoyed this series. I’m so glad I decided to finally watch it.

I’m the same, so many of my favourite series have awful reviews. It’s even more frustrating when it’s from the people who watched the series without looking into what it’s about. People complaining about the slow pacing of a slow burn romance, or the tacky comedy of a sitcom drives me crazy lmao. Sometimes people just come into a series with too high expectations and end up disappointed, which to be fair almost every series I’ve had high expectations for has been a disaster so I can’t say much there😅.

Man is a PHENOMENAL actor. That scene with Jeng and Jaab gave me goosebumps. I want to see him in more main roles, his acting is absolutely incredible that I genuinely cried for him. I cannot wait for next week, I’m both nervous and excited for what’s to come!

10 episodes in and still loving it. Even though I know not to take mdl reviews seriously because some of the best series I’ve ever watched have several 6 and 7 star reviews, it genuinely frustrates me when I don’t watch a series cause I hear so many negative things about it, only to discover it’s an amazing series. We all have our own opinions so I think from now on I’ll only listen to mdl reviews if they are all positive or every single one is negative.

I haven’t actually seen Love Mechanics yet. I’ve seen the En of Love one but not the full remake. It’s on my list, I just need to find the time to watch it with all the others I still have on my plan to watch list😅😂.

I’m 2 episodes in and I’m liking it so far. There’s not much to say but I think the plots pretty good so far and the acting is great. Hoping it stays just as good🤞

I completely agree with you there. Running off to the mountains without telling anyone just because you’re angry or upset is definitely irresponsible and it’s no wonder he got hurt. He should have either gone up to Phat there and then to talk to him, or gone back to their room to cool down and wait for Phat to return. I think he kind of realised he was taking his insecurities out on Phat, who has shown countless times that he likes and cares about Saengtai, not just as a soulmate but for who he is. Like I said, I can completely understand why he was upset, I just think they all handled the situation badly. I’m hoping in future episodes they start to work on their communication skills😅.
