I think the main reason for that is everyone who watched Love Syndrome expected that Day and Itt’s relationship was going to be abusive and toxic because the series never hid those aspects from the beginning. So if someone watched the series and complained the whole time about how Day was such a red flag etc they would be laughed at in the comments (because seriously, what did they expect? They should have known what they were signing up for before starting the show). Whereas with Step by Step the characters actions and behaviours weren’t super clear in the trailers so no one knew what to expect, therefore they keep complaining about Pat’s character. It’s actually quite sad reading all the hate comments about him because, yes he can be a little annoying at times, but that’s how his character is supposed to be. The people hating on Ben for his portrayal of Pat are honestly disappointing, I think he did a great job and I’m loving this series.

I mean, that’s the point of the show. It’s a slow burn romance. This is a series that prioritises the chase over the official romance. Pat and Jeng probably won’t get together and make things official until the final episode. At the moment it’s kind of like two steps forward one step back with all the miscommunication and issues between them, but honestly I think that’s what is so realistic about this series. Two couples with two very different relationships, including both their dynamics and pacing, and the journey of them falling in love.

This episode went by so quickly, I swear I blinked and it was over already. Phat and Saengtai have amazing chemistry, though I’m still not loving the side couple. This series is genuinely so cute, I love it and I’m excited for the jealousy next episode.

Same!! I held off watching this until the last moment because I was planning to binge watch all the episodes at once and now I’ll need to wait another week😭😓. I’ve read the first novel and I know they’re in the process of adapting it into Love Syndrome: The Beginning series now, I couldn’t bring myself to read the second book after that one😟.

I haven’t seen the cut version but apparently it leaves a lot of key information and flashbacks out which makes the storyline really confusing. I also heard that the editing is very choppy as they attempted to cut down the run time. Like I said, I haven’t seen the cut, I’m halfway through this uncut version and I’d probably recommend just sticking with this one.

I finally decided to watch this as I was hoping to binge watch all the episodes at once, only to find out the last 2 episodes have been delayed😓☹️. I’m 5 episodes in and I honestly like it. Their relationship is a toxic mess and the special effect makeup and wigs are so tacky it’s honestly funny. Even though the blood and bruises look completely fake, the fight scenes (especially episode 1 at the snooker table) were so cool and satisfying to watch. Apparently the cut version misses out a lot of the important flashbacks so I’m glad I decided to ignore it and stick with the uncut version. Although I definitely understand all the criticisms this series gained, maybe it’s because I enjoy the occasional toxic relationship when I’m in the right mindset to watch it, but it’s honestly not as bad as I was expecting.

Yeah, Oab was in Project S: Spike. It wasn’t fully BL, more like implied that (I think it was his character) had a crush on the other main character, but they never actually got into a relationship in the series.

Yeah, there were no twin interactions in the trailer but I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for it.

I’m shocked at how much I enjoyed these episodes. I’m glad they set this as being 4 episodes as I originally assumed they were putting the crossover as only 2 episodes which would have been annoying considering these were probably the 2 most anticipated series going into Our Skyy. The crossover worked really well and I loved the first 2 episodes this week, I can’t wait for the next 2 to air next week.

There isn’t an official plot description for this yet but from the looks of things Sprite and Zee are the twins. Sprite is a Ju Jitsu fighter who seems to fight at illegal underground rings. I think some rich people may have paid for a match to be thrown but Sprite decided to win the fight anyway, making the rich people lose a lot of money because they placed bets on the wrong fighter. Because of this, the rich people hired someone to shoot him, but they didn’t know he has a twin so the one that was shot was Zee, who is a volleyball player. He’s now in the hospital for his injury and can’t compete in an upcoming volleyball tournament so Sprite is forced to take his place in the club whilst also training for an upcoming Ju Jitsu competition without letting anyone know his brother is in the hospital. His future love interest is also on the volleyball team and it looks like enemies to lovers. The vibes look similar to Not Me but it looks like there may be less violence.

The trailer was awesome, I’m so excited! It definitely looks similar to Not Me which is exciting, and although I’m hoping more emphasis will be placed on the people who hurt Sprite’s brother, everything from the trailer looked promising. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for more information on this series, it looks great so far.

From the sounds of it they are twins who are both from different universes who fall in love. I hope it was just a mistranslation but so far it doesn’t look like that’s the case. I guess just prepare for the worst at this point and maybe a miracle will happen where the twins aren’t the main couple lmao.

I’m genuinely loving this show more and more. The main couple are so sweet and have great chemistry. I’m still not loving the side couple but that may change next episode as the preview looks promising. I agree with all the comments about Bow, there’s a line between being quirky and just straight up annoying and she’s definitely past the line. This is still a 10/10 plot for me and I’m glad it only seems to be getting better.

I’m surprised how much I enjoyed the first episode. It’s far too early to make any comments about the main couples chemistry but the acting was great and the plot seems like fun so far. Can’t wait for next week!

I actually really enjoyed this series. I still hope that GMMTV will pick up Zo and Thee’s story even though they’ve already cancelled the project😭. Just wishful thinking but I would love to see Fluke and Ohm again and that would have been the perfect opportunity for them to have a series as the main couple.

I loved this episode so much, my heart melted❤️. This is how the flashbacks should have been done before, instead of showing us loads of unimportant scenes they highlighted the main aspects in the flashback before showing us new scenes to help the pacing move forward. I genuinely don’t think I can wait a week for the next episode, I’m so excited to see more of them.

There were two incidents that happened on Safe House that I’m aware of, I’m guessing it’s the incident where two of the actors (White and Foei) made a disgusting r@pe joke about First, at the same time the joke was made Chimon laughed while he was eating and choked on his food so Forth laughed at him. Unfortunately some fans took that clip and made it looked like Forth laughed at the joke and cancelled him for it (and to be fair even if he was laughing at the joke according to several Thai fans the joke was using prison slang and when Forth was asked if he knew what the joke actually meant he shook his head. And to be clear I’m not justifying any of what happened!). The other incident was Forth and a few other GMMTV artists did blackface with face paint they were given. That one was definitely inexcusable, you can find several videos online about the incident for more information about the game they were playing in which blackface was used. If anything else happened during Safe House then I’m unaware as I stopped watching it because of how toxic the environment was in the show.

Unfortunately I have no clue. There were a few comments on here talking about the novel but I’m in the process of trying to find an English translation for this novel so I have no idea where to find any spoilers.
