That’s why I said about the serious mental help. If he was able to be diagnosed they could find somewhere that could help whatever disorder he may have. I say all this because I had a neighbor with DID (dissociative identity disorder) and she was abusive to her children because of it. Eventually she had the police called on her and went to a psychiatric hospital in the juvenile ward, and later moved to the long term care unit. This happened 10 years ago and she was there for 5-6 years. Now 3 years later she gained back custody of her children and is in a much better place now. I believe if Tharn and Type had called the police on Lhong he could have been put in a similar situation which would have really helped. Regular therapists can only help so much, but I think that environment would have helped him learn and understand what he did. Also I don’t think it would be a good idea for him to get a love interest until after he began to grow. If he was taught how to love someone through real love, if they then broke up it would reinforce the feeling like someone you love would always lead to breaking up and falling apart. He should be taught that love doesn’t always last, but hurting the people around them won’t fix it.
Yeah, I just can’t see how you can do such a big character development from someone who hired people to gang rape a high school boy, and tried to murder Type. I’m not exactly very forgiving for that. As cute and Lhong is, I love Kaownah to pieces, but Lhong is a terrible person and Tharn and Type should’ve called the police on him or got him serious mental help for what he did. As far as I’m aware he wasn’t even in the novel, so I’m not sure if he’ll be here or not, but I really hope he won’t because I don’t believe he deserves a happy ending just yet.
This was really good and lighthearted. I’m a huge fan of historical dramas but I loved the modern references. Despite the fairly unique setting they had loads of unexpected references like bringing up Naruto. It was fun and comedic. Nothing serious or deep rooted, just humour and handsome guys flirting lol. Though that ending was really annoying! I absolutely hate cliffhangers!!!!!
Yes, Techno and Kla are together at this point and both of them help Tharn and Type. Technic also helps as well.…
I’m curious as well. Based on the fact that Director Tee has already been conducting interviews for new cast members to play new characters in TT, and Director New has got 2 upcoming projects other than LBC 2 (Gen Y, and Fhalanrak) my guess is TT will come out first. That’s just my guess though, I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
if someone knows: since this is seven years later, does that mean that at this point techno is with kengkla? or…
Yes, Techno and Kla are together at this point and both of them help Tharn and Type. Technic also helps as well. At least that’s what happened in the novel.
I’ll give this one a go, but I really don’t think I’m gonna enjoy it. I’ve seen 2 genderbends before, HIStory My Hero which to this day is my least favourite BL, and Great Men Academy, which was amazing. I think this is definitely going to be one I’ll love or hate. I do hope it’s good but based on the trailer I’m really not sure...
This is exactly how other dramas should do things! The pacing is perfect, despite in reality Boun and Duen are coming together very quickly, it doesn’t feel rushed at all. The chemistry between each couple is flawless, and sweet, especially Ram and King! They have given most screen time to the main couple, just as they should, but each side couple has had equal moments and I don’t feel any bias over screen time like I often do with other dramas. The females aren’t portrayed as “bitchy” or ruin the plot by their obsessions like I’ve seen before. Ting Ting is the perfect female friend. While she still is a fangirl and joins in on some of the shipping, she also takes her friends feelings into account, not just blindly shipping BounDuen like other dramas would portray someone similar to her. The friends all look out for Duen’s feelings and will stick up for him when it matters. Even Boun’s friends are all supportive, and Mek’s friend was really sweet and encouraging to him about Boss. I think other dramas could take a few pointers from this series!
Wishful thinking probably. They probably put him under unknown thinking the producers may change their mind when…
I don’t know. From what Saint said in an interview he was never asked to make an appearance, so unless that changed and they did ask him then I have no idea.
This is one I’ve been really excited about. I don’t know if I like the added drama but I guess some people would just get bored with no drama. Still it’s a bit of a shame they had to bring in this fiancé business. Oh well, I hope this is announced soon, this is one I’m most excited for!
so, who put Saint into the cast? and is it based on anything other than wishful thinking? kinda need to know!…
Wishful thinking probably. They probably put him under unknown thinking the producers may change their mind when they begin shooting. I honestly don’t see it happening though.
The teaser for ep 4 looks so good and sweet! I’m sad that Tossara is ending but I’m really looking forward to Love Mechanics! I think it’s a shame that so many people are hating on this series, I guarantee it’s only because we’ve had and have so many incredible BL’s that now the standards have risen. Of course in comparison to TharnType, 2 Moons 2, He’s Coming To Me, etc, as well as the airing series like 2gether and WhyRU, this is terrible in comparison, but I do feel like people are being overly picky on some aspects. Oh well, it is what it is. Whatever the case I’m still happy this series was aired, and will keep watching despite the hate! Looking forward to the next episode, and I’ll be sticking around for Love Mechanics next week!
Strong?... hold on, my brain needs to adjust... rumor or not, do you mean the actor from What the Duck?
I agree, I’m a lesbian but don’t have much of a gaydar to tell. They do just seem like like they’re very close, and I do think the idea is kinda ridiculous. As long as people don’t take it too far. If the first comment said they would look good as a couple I would have been fine, but spreading rumours that are obviously fake is what I really hate.

I think they are just close friends, but sadly many people started to ship them which is exactly what happened with him and Art in the first place. Although that was a more extreme example, it’s shipping which ruins these close friendships which is why I refuse to ship people unless the couple are actually together, or are just fictional characters.
FINALLYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
