"Beautiful, trendy, and intelligent, Young Eun loves her work and she’s good at what she does. But when it comes to relationships, things are a bit different. Pragmatic to a fault, Young Eun often comes across as cold-hearted, as she prioritizes stability over all else."
jfc why do they always have to make women of success seem cold-hearted at first but later it turns out they're just misunderstood by the others. Not to mention they always have to suck at maintaining a romantic relationship. WHEN WILL THIS MISCONCEPTION COME TO AN END
Cute, simple, and with a normal and realistic relationship between the leads (no "omg he touched my hand!!!11!11 ottoke I'm so embarrassed" bull$hit) Definitely recommended for those who seek a simple yet enjoyable romcom
I do understand Hye Jin's point of view, she empathized with Ju Ri on a different level. If you remember the part…
I understood why Hye Jin didn't say anything as she'd been in a similar situation as Ju Ri, but I was hoping for Doo Shik to say that she shouldn't change her appearance to please others :/
I was foolishly hoping they would tell Oh Ju Ri that she shouldn't change her appearance because of someone else. I mean, I also got braces because I wanted my smile to be straight and prettier. However, I did it solely for myself and to please myself only. I didn't do it because I was afraid that someone I like might not like my not perfect smile, I did it because I didn't like my smile, not because I was afraid of others' opinion on my not perfectly straight teeth.
"but everything changes when he meets Hyun Mi Rae" Great, so he magically changes his mind and beliefs because of LOVE and suddenly wants to marry and start a family? Like, can we finally have a drama where the main couple is living happily ever after without them having to marry each other and have children? People who choose not to marry, or who choose to stay childfree aren't so quick to change their mind jut because they found someone they want to be in a relationship with.
This drama seems to have been written by a teenage fangirl, although many fangirls can come up with better stories than this one. One word to describe this drama? OOF
It's a simple story with a simple message. It doesn't need tons of expensive CGI. I am sure they are paying all…
You can make a relatable and realistic drama without it being messy with a draggy and cliché romance part :) For example Age of Youth, Be Melodramatic, the Reply series, Run On, Misaeng, Youth of May, and many other... Monthly Magazine Home is just draggy and would've been better if wrapped up in 12 episodes.
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined... Is this really a JTBC drama? And a drama made in 2021? Feels like a drama from the 2010s. It's more like a cheap webdrama, but even those tend to be better...
