But at least Lee Seung Gi's acting is a masterpiece. I'm so glad he took up this role and wasn't afraid of something new as he'd never played such a character before this drama.

I feel like the "big reveal" at the end of episode 14 wasn't so big after all and was quite anticlimactic. I don't know if it's because it happened so late in the story (we only have 5 episodes left after today's one), or if it's because it's pretty obvious JBR has always been somehow fucked up, but after episode 14 I didn't really have the "DAMN" moment. And if at the very end of the drama the screenwriter decides that JBR is NOT in fact the serial killer from before his brain surgery (which was just plain reaching btw) I'm gonna roll my eyes so fucking hard that they fall out.

I wonder if episode 15 will change my take on this, we'll see.

From the trailer I get the vibe of "how to get away with murder"Is that the case here?
Everyone seems to think so judging by the comments. So it must be partly true.

My take on this is that for example Be Melodramatic was just too realistic (which I personally LOVED btw) that's why some people got bored with it and didn't like it. But it's one of the best realistic kdramas I've seen, along with Run On and Misaeng.

Episode 9 time 7:37 SML : Why didn't Bi-Soo showed up for date
I want someone to point out to me the moment when one of the characters says "WE ARE A COUPLE FOR REAL" or "WE ARE GOING OUT" but not the fake relationship between Jooin and Yujin.

Still, I think going on a date with someone doesn't automatically mean you're dating them. First dates are usually meetings to see if things can work out well with the person you're with and if there's a chance you'll become a couple.

I think what I like the most about this drama so far is that some characters aren't so foolishly righteous and are aware that some scumbags deserve to die and their killer is doing the society a favour, so the said characters choose to remain silent even if they know something that could lead to the killer's arrest.

Okay, I don't like this drama, BUT where did some of you get the idea that she's dating both of them at the same time?
She never promised them anything. She told them face to face that she liked both of them; she didn't hide that fact. She also told them she needed to spend some time alone with each one of them to figure out her feelings. Spending some time alone with a person doesn't mean you're dating them. Or does it? If that's the case then spending some time alone with a friend means you're dating the said friend.
Not to mention that--as fucked up as it is--both of the male characters agreed to this, each one of them hoping to be the one who wins her heart.

If you still think she's dating both of them at the same time, tell me in which episode and at what minute it was stated.

>>"jooin" essentially means ownership of something
That's why it should be translated as "landlord" bearing in mind the context you've mentioned. She's the landlord, he's the tenant.

>>the way it gets translated
That's why you should never trust the translation 100%. The translator should always look for the context first. I this case, she's no master; she doesn't own him. What she owns, however, is the house in which she allows him to stay, and thus she's a landlord.

I'm sorry, what was that again? Calls her MASTER?!i dunno man... that sounds...that sounds kinda kinky.
It's a play of words.
Main female character's name is Oh Joo In.
Landlord in Korean is "주인", which in romanisation is "jooin", the same as FL's name Joo In. And as far as I know, the "-nim" part at the end of the "jooin-nim" (landlord-nim) is to sound more polite towards the person you're speaking to (although I might be wrong with this one).

But all in all, he doesn't call her "master" but "landlord".

Go Geon was toxic af and my baby girl Mo Yong didn't deserve such treatment. The writer did her character dirty, she deserved much better.

Not only is he fine, but also talented af! ♥
I highly recommend you watch "Signal" with him, and also "Just Friends?" from 2009 which I think is an indie movie but worth the watch for its theme.

this MF did my girl so dirty, can I kill him myself?
On the other hand, it's how most of such relationships turn out (the ones that are based only on the heat of the moment), They never really communicated, never shared their feelings and worries with each other. My girl should've known better :c
