No comedy. Only Cold characters. I hope next episode is better. No one deserves a husband who is happy with his…
I think for now, he might feel this way and happy for her death, but later as they bond again and light the spark again, he'll keep worrying and thinking about her and his happiness for her death will turn into sadness.
I understand DH POV to recognize his flaws just as any other characters lol. So of course, my point still stands. And he is NOT secondary character, there can be TWO Male Leads. Yes. You heard it right. TWO. He is not the SML even when he doesn't have a ML to love.
Just end it here with our opinion it's getting wayyy too long.
they are good friends; Jihan is doing it because he wants the contract marriage of DH and CW to work out so Dohan could get the company. But Jihan doesn't know that Dohan is gay so what do you expect? Jihan is attempting to be a wingman for Chaewon and Chaewon knows this which is why she told DH. My goodness. This is first episode character development anyways, it'll get better.
are we watching the same drama? he chooses to get married so the secret of him being gay doesn’t come out. As…
he didnt directly force her, but indirectly made her in a tough position due to Ah Jung's immense pressure around her, like her acting career crisis. She's only in because she has to, who else would help her get a "main lead-like" role and get money? Dohan's plan. But it was approached very manipulatively to Ah Jung. Dohan could've asked Ah Jung to help him without mentioning the whole role and main lead acting stuff and money because that's a carrot on a stick. Dohan laid out his cards, but then added another card in that will guarantee his success of Ah Jung agreeing since he knows her situation very well. It's not an opportunity if Ah Jung has no other options lol.
I know why you mentioned NaRi, I already provided my answer to that. So far, the drama didn't show us any media reporters following NaRi and we will effectively assume canonically based on what is shown that they are safe for now. And on the Ah Jung part, she's still smart lol, he's actually the most mature ones out of the brothers. The reason she didn't get mad at Ji Han for setting her up with the blind date is because she already deduced that he most likely did it for his attempt to seduce her but in a different way, another reason is that she is in love with him now lol, the most obvious, so of course she's going to care for him and get angry on his behalf.
You mentioned NaRi on the last part of your comment. I provided my counter argument to that. As for the media, they are fine for now. No one has taken a picture of them yet, I'd hope they tread more carefully next time but this is a romcom, it will be messy. You're in for a ride for sure lol
I think you didn't understood ML character at all.
I wouldn't be really mad if I knew I was in a fake marriage though, just confused and scratching my head, that's the difference. If my brother tried to break my fake marriage out of love, I would notice it or at least recognize it.
Nari kept her mouth shut, Ji Han warned her that he will expose her because he dug up dirt on her while doing a background check on Ah Jung remember? He has the cards. If she exposes them, he will also, NaRi cares too much about herself to risk it.
Nah, I don't think that offended guy thought too much of it. All he saw was Ji Han taking Ah Jung by the hand to lead her out. He could've saw him as just being protective as a friend. Ah Jung could play it off like this too if she is confronted. She could say that this guy thought he was having a blind date and she never intended to have one and it was unwanted, so she called Ji Han as her "friend" to get her out. I'd say it was reasonably safe, and I hope they do keep it lowkey in the following episodes or Ah Jung makes up her decision to not follow with the plan even if it may hurt her best friend because she got into that contract because of heavy pressure from her midlife career crisis and Ji Han himself at that bridge with the nepotism stuff.
I think you didn't understood ML character at all.
I would be confused and frustrated naturally yes, but depending on your relationship with your sibling, I would know that it comes from love somewhere from the heart, but it's just not what I want appropriately. I have a brother too, so I speak from experience too. It takes great courage and humbleness to realize your sibling's perspective and setting aside yours for a bit even if you dislike it.
Well, in private, I meant out of public/media's eyes. NaRi and her friends may saw it, but they didn't think it was any deeper than anything else. Ah Jung could just say he is her best friend's brother and they are close with each other and protect each other.
she can date other people in private without publicly announcing it, basic common sense, this prevents the compromise of the contract and keeps its integrity intact. I hope you understand this. The marriage contract should not strip her rights to love and her feelings since they both do not love each other within inside the contract. Whatever Ah Jung or our FL does outside of the contract so long as it is private and personal, is none of Dohan's business or anybody else's business.
I think you didn't understood ML character at all.
Everyone is just irrationally defending their preferred Male Leads which is why you see Dohan hate and Jihan hate. And i'd like to note that JH trying to "control" Dohan's life is purely out of love due to Ji Han's past trauma, although it is unwanted love from Dohan's POV.
again, it is a contract marriage yes, and what we were given right now is that nowhere does it state that they can't continue to like and date people out of their fake marriage. Sure, they may not be able to publicly show that they are dating the person outside the contract since that risks the integrity of the contract from outside viewers. BUT they can do it in private because that is the only logical way. HOWEVER, this may change in the future if the FL doesn't want to proceed with the plan anymore and drama starts from here. You have the right approach but is reaching a little too far than what the drama pertains and informs.
