Title Blood Free
Is this going to be propaganda for the meat industry? With an "evil vegans" theme?
the show is neither meat propaganda nor vegan propaganda, it is a complex topic and there will be heavy philosophical and moral questioning involved with no clear answers. It will show that plant-based conversion society isn't all rainbows and sunshine and will also show how meat-industry is also a problem for the ecosystem, environment, and planet. This is called a paradox, we as humans do not have sustainable, ethical, and environmentally safe way of getting real meat besides hunting in the wild and becoming with nature without corporatism and factories. We may have fake-meat that can replicate the real deal through genetic modification, chemical modification and etc of plant-based products but there is still negatives about using synthetic man made products to replicate something from nature. We as humans have not evolved 100% to adapt to a plant-based diet, an evolutionary shift from a Carnivore species to an Herbivore species is a huge jump.

Title Blood Free
hope this drama will discuss the meat paradox & the cognitive dissonance of eating animals
do you think it'll have a pro-vegan narrative, pro-meat narrative or neither since it is such a complex topic.

Title Parasyte: The Grey Spoiler
I might be just blabbering but didn't the parasyte infect izumi on his hand when he was in highschool in the manga…
different country, same universe. Our FL here is her own person with her own unique Parasite called Heidi, it communicates and resides in her WHOLE body since Heidi had to synchronize with her body to keep her alive. Shinichi Izumi at the end already went through his arcs and problems and became a journalist after hearing about a mutant like him existing in Korea.

To be clear, I only watched the first episode and to be honest that was enough to knew that is not worth it even…
the ending makes it make sense. It's was unexpectedly good, not crazy crazy good but it's enjoyable and passable as a well done sequel to the Japanese Parasyte.

this is a spinoff so its really not related to the anime
it's not just manga fans comparing adaptations and spin-offs, Webtoon fans do the same shit too lol.

idk mannn this felt so shallow it would have been better if they foucsed on the characters feelings + relationships…
i mean its only 6 episode, I think they wanted to test the water to see if people wanted anime/manga adaptation into K-cinema/K-drama scene.

I like it because the CGI feels very smooth. The plot is also straightforward. Ep 6 felt very fast and the climax…
it was a nice experiment to feel the water of adapting or incorporating Japanese anime/manga content into the Kdrama/K-Cinema scene which I hope will one day expand further because Animes and Mangas does have really good story, plot and world building and Kdrama/K-Cinema is known for very good live adaptations.

I read the manga first before all the movies, animes came out - and loved it!So there was no doubt for me to watch…
we're all begging for a season 2 right now, that would mean a canon sequel to Parasyte the anime. I hope the drama does well enough for the director to make another.

Title Parasyte: The Grey Spoiler
The reason I say it is a sequel is because Shiinichi appears at the last scene as an investigative journalist…
for the parasites origin, the most popular theory amongst fans is that its an engineered bio weapon with a mind of its own created by another alien civilization or specie that discovered Earth, this way it can adapt amongst another intelligent species (humans). It's plausible since the Parasites come from the sky.

i think it was just a reference to the already existing japanese version
possibly to tie the japanese and korean stories together as canon, but it also leaves room for a possible season 2 if season 1 does really well and the director feel like its something that'll be successful.

They can procreate, but it makes them more humane. They can also jump to another body when the one they infected…
it's not an easy method to transfer their heads but it can be learned relatively quick, just like their instincts, they were created to be like parasites; hopping through hosts to hosts at some point.

100% agree about the lee jung character, i thought her character got better when she wasn't being over the top
she's like that because they wrote her to be a crazy but determined woman who's goal is to kill parasites either out of revenge for her husband or just crazy lol

Great series, hold my interest, but comes down to predictable storyline and ending. Even the supposedly surprise…
I mean, the anime also didnt have such a mind warping ending, it's predictable.

I feel like the producers are still suffering from their success with TRAIN TO BUSAN. Everything they popped out…
It's geared for international audiences who are familiar with Hollywood style of action. I mean that's what attracts viewers.

So like the same universe as the anime one in Korean the other in Japan: amazing 😍😍
yes, if season 2 is possible, we could possibly see Jung Soo In and Shinichi Izumi working together.

What they call loveEun Seong*Leaking her divorce denying her the right to hurt in private*Stealing her meds leads…
Eun Seong is a borderline narcissist. He indulges in his tragedy and upbringing to justify his actions. He believes that he deserves her because she was kind to him when everybody else looked down on him. He wants revenge on her family and wealth but wants to keep her beside him like a doll or plaything, not knowing that he can't have both as Hae-In's family is her world and that her wealth is her hard-earned stuff. He has no one to tell him that what he's doing is not love, but obsession and insecurity and I hope Hyun Woo and Hae In put him in his place at some point of the drama.

I truly didn’t know that MDL was filled with saints cause yall would actually take the time to listen to a man…
People are so used to perfect people without flaws so when they see a flawed couple with depth to their characters, it automatically means that they are not a good character lol

Because some haters couldn't take the drama's success. Another reason could be that in Korea people like Kim So…
you're only getting crucified by one commenter, like that has any power lol. There will always be a snobby and hating commenter claiming to be a critic in every drama no matter how good it is.
