ZJM is, hands down, one of my favorite actresses. She's so versatile in the roles she chooses. I still can't believe she's so young. I can't wait to see what she chooses as her next role.
These two episodes made my Christmas. But I noticed something. Lin Yu Sen's friends are supportive, loving, and considerate, whereas the FL's friends are annoying, pushy, and lack self-awareness. The way they kept trying to fish for details and putting her on the spot when it was quite obvious she was uncomfortable made it even more obvious why she doesn't keep in contact with them.
The 2ML continues to confuse me. I'm sure Ye Rong lied to him about the FL studying abroad, but my thing is if he actually had feelings for her, why didn't he contact her? Why did he ignore her when she ran to him months ago? I'm getting the feeling that he wants to be the princess and have women pursue him until he's finally ready to give them his attention.
I'm only on episode 14, but I'm realizng its best not to get emotinally attached to any of these characters. One moment you're smiling and loving a character and in the next moment they're killed.
Same! For me it's mostly because of how they reacted when FL was accused of sabotaging the other roommate's interview
Same! They were roommates with her for years; they should know her character. That's why I only like the one. She shamed them and was on a mission to clear the FL's name.
Call me biased but I still don't like her college friends (aside from the one). Going months without talking to the FL, but when you have a wedding, you invite her because you need pool money to buy a house, is making me giving the friend the side eye. I feel like the FL was invited last minute. And with the FL ops being there, I get the feeling it's going to be a set up.

There was no reason for her to give the cold shoulder and then want a divorce. She's older than him. Be an adult and actually have a conversation. She had the bright idea to marry the man after knowing him for a couple of months.
As much hate as the Princess Gambit got I'm surprised it made it to the top 5. The Glory. Love's Ambition, and The Prisoner of Beauty are worth the hype.
