So far this is very entertaining and the chemistry between the leads is really good.

The overacting, the nonessential plot, and the trashiness of it all. Yeah, this is the kind of mess I signed up for.

A mom's intuition is a real thing. My mom was a single mother and she needed someone to watch me and my younger sister during the day when she worked. Someone recommended sending us to a church that also provided free daycare but my mom had a gut feeling that she shouldn't send us there. And I'm thankful every day she listened to her gut.

Even now that I'm an adult my mom randomly calls at the right moments; like she has a sixth sense when I'm down.

This drama has made me beyond grateful that I have a mom.

Seems like almost 20 minutes each episode.

I feel like Ireine Song would be perfect for the FL role.

The romance in this drama just does nothing for me. I don't care if they knew each other since they were in diapers and she's always been in love with him. It's redundant in Cdramas when the FL or ML pine after each other their entire lives and they never experience dating other people.

Concubine Ru Yin raised some of the dumbest children. She spent all her time teaching them how to scheme when she should have forced them to pick up a book.

I love that she chose another sports drama. Sports dramas are so underrated.

Maybe it's just me but I hate Wang He and Feng Hua together. She deserves someone better than him.

I hope they change the poster its quite horrendous.

TTEOTM isn't for anyone and honestly I wouldn't have liked it/stuck around if not for the ML.

I haven't watched it, but I had planned to watch a few ZLS older works next month so I'll give it a try.

Most of the unhinged LI's are usually the 2ML's unfortunately but here are a few that come to mind:
-Tantai Jin from Till the End Of the moon
-Ning Yuan from Dong Lan Xue (It's a short drama but it's so good)
-Ji Chu from Different Princess

We have the same taste in ML's it seems. 😂

The first four episodes were really good. Love the FL. She's calm and composed but vicious if you cross her. And the ML seems a bit unhinged--his reaction to his house burning was to burn it down even more took me out. I love this pairing.

Episode 1 pissed me all the way off. The mistreatment of the FL is crazy.

I don't know what this is about but I love seeing the lead actress as the director, as well.

That trailer was so good. I can't wait for Si JIn to be over so this can air.

She did not want to wait and her son didn't want her to go. He only told her to go because he overheard her complaining about not being able to pursue her dreams because she had him (he overheard this as a child).

She knows how sweet and kind her son is so in order to alleviate her guilt she put him in a predicament where she knew he was going to tell her to go.

Okay I'll take your word for it. It has potential from the first six episodes, it's just the execution that has been lacking.
